Autumn Reminders

As autumn quickly approaches this year, with leaves in my area already beginning to slowly change and prepare to fall from the trees. Let us not be to hasty in forgetting the need to allow things to end as well as die in winter. Because with winter comes hope of a new beginning in summer and spring. With every birth comes life and with death comes a new begining for the believer in heaven, and for the lost eternity of fire. What can I think how is God bring peace to society? We began a study on peace a few days ago and plan to continue the issue of how God brings peace to man, through both salvation and our daily life. How Christ coming as a babe was the first sign of peace to the world. How God offers us peace. May this month study into peace and many more topics help in refreshing your heart and soul.

Praying

As the season change let us pray for the continual changing of the heart that comes with spiritual growth and scerenity. Let us pray that others will see the peace God brings to the world is not just for Christmas but for all year around after all this is fall and not Christmas time yet. To talk about peace one has to know what peace is in order to know peace. Peace is a gift of the Holy Spirit and a gift of love from God the Father symbolized by the birth of Jesus. In spiritual growth the word God brings is peace to the believers heart not only in the symbol of Christ birth but also through the word of promise.

Many churches are having revival in the next two months, let us pray for a revival that sweeps across our land not just for one month or two, but continual into the next year. The autumn is a time of perservation, and let us pray that revival bring more preservation of God's word in the life of many believers.
