Harvest Of Pumpkins by Christina Farris 10/01/2023 The month of October is the time of final picking and cleaning off the gardens in areas where snow will soon arrive. Pumpkins, winter squash, and other late fall and early spring crops are last to leave the garden beds. Kids often thought there brothers and sisters were either found in the pumpkin or cabbage patch. This season of fall we continue the curriculum of Bible books. Each book ripens knowledge for each student who wondering one why so many books are needed if we believe in Jesus. Why both Old and New Testament books are important to each other. Why do both Old and New Testament shines light on each other. Why history is important to spur on faith and understanding. Hopefully as people share the Gospel they desire to share the whole book of hope, to alighten others of the treasures within. A pumpkin can not shine without God cutting out pieces that do not belong. No pumpkin can shine with out the flame of the Holy Spirit lighting each candle(person) inside the soul of the pumpkin. We smile because Christ light shines in us to give light to those around us. May this Hallow eve bring light to unbelieve that evil is not something to celebrate but the spirit of faith to overcome evil is worth celebrating. May the fires of the enemy be consumed by the backdraft by the flame of the Holy Spirit. May Christ shine this Hallow eve. |
Updated daily unless emergency, technical or weather issues between 5:30am to 1:00pm Eastern Time. Also there will be from time to time a note of a day off for me. |
| Praying by Christina Farris 10/01/2023Fire Fighter Prevention week. Praying this month for our firefighters and rescue works of our nation, state, county and towns who serve our nation.. Praying also for our ministers of faith to sweep our nation with the Gospel in a mighty way across the computer world, and around the globe. That God's fire will kindle so bright that the devil hides his head shame because he can not stand to see the light of Christ. |
