 Month Of November 2021: Countdown To Thanksgiving by Christina Farris 11/01/2021 Thanksgiving Month is probably the most special time of year for me beside Christmas and Easter. It is a month to remind us to give thanks to God our Creator, and for the harvest he brings to both the church and to our land of liberty. Thanksgiving maybe the only time the United States comes together to say thank you God despite our many other differences. People pull together to make sure others have a big meal for Thanksgiving, and no one is left out of this celebrate feast that does not want to be. It is the one time of year that warms our hearts because it represents our nation love of celebrations of holiday cheer. Yet despite it symbolic day for most Americans, there are those that only think not of the harvest of fruits and vegetables but only of the money they fixing to make for the holidays. Let us remember this time of year is a time we as believers can honor God our Father in one accord even with people who seldom give God notice of who he is. Let us bow thanking Him for the harvest and family and friends so dear. |

November's Prayer List by Christina Farris 11/01/2021Praying in the month of November for peaceful season for the holidays. That God will put his arms around the us and protect nations around the world for a time of peace and not a time of terror, or war. Lord help those in need that lost love ones and still are grieving their loss, that they will fine hope, and a future as they cherish memories that they will hold dear to their hearts. |
