 Month Of November 2020: Humility by Christina Farris 11/01/2020 When think of humility, or humbleness of heart is it display in our daily living. Is God forcing you to humility and humbleness, or is something you do on your own before God and others. Which side of the track are you living on the side that says there is no God and shows no fear of God or the side that says yes there is a God, that watching over our lives and heart in every situation. Do we have humble beginning with God that continues into our faithfulness to God, or are we acting like the heathens telling God, he can't bring us to our knees. This is the thankful season but it must begin with humbleness in our hearts to the Lord. Not until we become humble can we be truly thankful for the things God provides for us. We do not have to be poor to be humble, we only have to have our hearts right with God and knowledge of his authority over us. |

November's Prayer List by Christina Farris 11/01/2020Pray for those still in grief this time of year. Not only for them but that our hearts and mine's will begin with the humbleness of the season. That we will be in a place that God will raise us up in due season, as scripture declares. That thanksgiving will begin with gratefulness for those things we have and not for those things we do not. Thankful for those that we still have with us, despite whether we like them or not. It begins with knowing God has a plan for all of us that walk this earth after a pandemic is thought to be more under human control. |
