13 Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. No one wants another to feel their pain or necessarily faint/die at the thought of another struggle, except for those that desire to use it for money or some type of financial gain. I been watching different videos and things of different families, children and even the cute kitty videos. I not against families or entertainers, those that like to entertain sharing their life, or their families, but people need to know these people are human too and all the fan fair can be great, but it not something to feed on. It is seems people like to play the number game to get attention. Others will they do it because they enjoy it. Feed back can give people ideas, suggestions and even solutions to problems. What does prayer do, it solves issues, lets God know our heart how we desire others to perceive us. In this case of Paul writting he did not want his journey to shock, dismay or worry others, yet his journey was a persecuted journey. For this reason he began to pray for those he would tell his story too and witness to to about God's grace in his own life and how God strengthen him during the journey.
Paul would bow his knee whether figuratively or physically to the Father and Jesus. That he give/grant each of those he praying for to be strengthen with what; God's Spirit in the inner man. Our hearts our minds and inner soul need strengthen daily. When we are weak God is strong. In our weakness we learn the value of God's strength by his Spirit. In our weakness we learn how mighty a God we truly serve. By faith those hearing would allow Christ into their hearts and they would be rooted and grounded not in fear, not in anger but in love. Not in the things that are negative in this world, but in the one thing God richly grants his children and those that will come to him and that is love.
If we can ever fully grasp which I believe is impossible how high, how deep, how long, wide and heighth, the measurement of God's love is. To know how vast God's love is for man. Paul prayed that those he testified to would be filled with his love. It is hard to not be filled with God's love when we begin to grasp God's love for us. Our mercy comes, with the knowledge of God's mercy for us as individuals. To perhaps not only show God's love and mercy to others, not forgeting our own need of mercy and love of God and from others too.
As I watch online, I thinking what would I want someone to share with me things that have helped them, things that are working and things that have failed, but have worked for others. I mostly want others to pray for the strength of God's Spirit that I need daily in my life as I pray for them too, to have that strength of God's Spirit to be a testimony of God's love. God's grace is sufficient for all our needs. God's power to strength us in our weakness when we hear of heart ache of other believer trials and tribulations, knowing that God love has given them the power to be over comers and not people of weakness but strengthen by the power of the Lord when they relied on him, and him alone.
Dear Heavenly Father, help us to trust in your love and mercy and receive the strength that love and grace gives us by your Spirit. Remind us in our weakness you make us strong through faith in you. Remind us you take our weakness and use it to glorify who you are, but enabling your people/saints. In Jesus precious name, Amen
Countdown to Thanksgiving Day 9: Thankful for the strength that comes from the Lord.
Continual Scripture Study:Isaiah 40:28-31 KJV
28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
