Hebrews 11:8-10 KJV
(8) By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
(9) By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
(10) For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

As I watched on TV some designer remodel a house that I would not even want to think about cleaning, the mess began to slowly take shape. As garbage was removed and certain walls came down, the house began to look like a shell, and as sheet rock and new boards that desperately either need replacing or a much needed brace to hold up the second floor was put in place, the thought occurred to me is the old designer still around . What would the the old designer say to the renovations of the house? Would the open spaces and new windows meet the glory of the old house when it was new.

Has religion taken on new designs from Judaism, to Christian, to Islam to Buddhism, to Hinduism and so forth, the the original faith in God of Abraham lost by religiosity or has certain faiths continue the tradition of their origins. I personally do not believe all religions are the same. Yet I look at the ancient world and if Christianity follows the ancient world of Judaism in regards to faith and not sacrifice is it still the same faith. Is Judaism still the same faith in God has Christian with a fulfillment of prophecy for the world? I went through a year of examining the teaching of Jesus and comparison to Old Testament. Why compare if Jesus is called the new living way. God our Father never changed and never will his plan of salvation. He is a designer of our faith. He is a creator of the people in His home. He takes the structure of His original design and begins to remodel us upon salvation. Abraham a man of faith understood that God was building a city of His design. Almost like earth being a place of cast outs and remodels. Yet no one will be cast out til judgment day. God in his wisdom allows people the free choice to be remodel.

Free choice to be remodel begins with obedience to God’s word. It begins with the remodeling of our heart with faith. Abraham believe in a place of promise, a city built not by human hands but the power of God. He seen the seed of his family being as numerous as the stars though they would only come from one son, though He had many sons. God has children that only will be spiritually gotten by one Son, yet this Son was before the virgin birth in human form, God’s word would be trusted from early times in scripture. The word of God be taken and battles won. God’s word be taken and His kingdom would rise. The origin of faith going back to Adam and Eve choice to disobey God. To the one very act of obedience in Noah day of obeying God. By our very nature we do not necessarily obey God. Because of imperfect nature the way God designed us.

God gives us choice to be redesigned by him. Woman and men of old be designed into the image of His word through obedience to His word. How are we conformed by the original designer or by the new one called Satan. Jesus being the Word of God is not the devil, He was before the devil. God’s design was paradise, but the choice to remain was Adams and Eve’s through obedience. Did they understand what being cast out meant or disobedience to God of course not. I do not feel they had full understanding of what it meant to be outside of the will of God. See Adam first job was to name the animals. He did so obediently. Names by Adam’s design by the will of God. Obedience to God important because I think with this one act of obedience even with disobedience produce hope for a people that would not always obey God. Had God looked back on Adam’s obedience and seen that his second son was redeemable. The son of humanity, that was given a body meant for decay. God desire us to choose who would be our designer. The one that originally designed us, or the new remodeled who would tear things up and out and design no longer being of God. Only the shell being of God, yet the inward parts being of evil. No longer the inward soul being of God’s nature. Adam found himself with a new designer that would bite at his heels. The other day my cat got mad at me for not going immediately to the deck where he likes to go in the evening. Instead I had told him I was going out and he went to the door. I went to get a glass of cool water. The cat thinking I was lying to him started nipping at my ankles. Being mad because I was going in the wrong direction. The minute Satan sees us getting a cool glass of water, he going to nip. He is going to try and move us in his direction. The minute we decide to allow God to be in control by belief in His Son Jesus the nip as been crushed. No longer is Satan boss, but the one that knows hw to destroy the enemy. Yet we walk around in our old shell as if the old designer is not in control, reshaping the design work as originally planned. A place of people that would follow after God and not after another ruler or leader.

Are we following God’s original plan, or are we allowing Satan to come in and make the original design to look like a million dollars, only to find the heart as hard as stone and made of steel, because love has waxed cold to the original Creator. God had has born for a particular reason. What the reason is can only be finished by God’s hands. The devil thinks he knows, but the truth of the matter the creator and maker is God. If you want to look like a mansion then you better allow God to build for the inward parts will wax old and will not be made of pure gold. You want to be made like your Heavenly Father then you better follow His original design for your life. Not your parents, not your teachers, not spouse, or friend, but God’s design through His Word, through Christ Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father may your design my heart, my soul into the image of your word. Into the image that you create not the image I create or the devil tries to corrupt. You already defeat the devil with the death of your Son of Calvary when He rose again the third day. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
