The power over mind control and the things of witchery, sorcery, and things by cultic practice to control one into thinking one will die, one should feel shame, or one is shamed by something they have done or did or will do. One of the hardest jobs in years gone by in the mission field of faith was to deal with witchcraft in foreign lands. The power to control another’s mind in a negative way, or in a way to force everyone to march the same way because it is good, could be occult/evil cultic in nature. The belief system of faith should never be about control of another human being. The only way to dispel a devil is with truth. Truth will remain if evil tactics are disproved. Healing of the heart and soul against the trickery and tactics of devil can only be achieved first with prayer and understanding that the only purpose of certain groups activities is to control.

Simple joy the Easter bunny is such a tactic, but it designed for good. No one thinks a thing about the world getting up on Easter morning and hiding eggs. The worship of Jesus and glorifying the resurrection might seem like the same type of control. How does one define occultic control dealing with religion or faith? It is when religion becomes more valuable them believe in God. It is when someone tries to force someone by magic that God is real. It when sorcery is used instead of faith. Faith alone is powerful. Yet faith without surrounding of religion institution should be the same. What does your faith have the power to do? Does it breath hope and life into soul, or more questions and searching to know it more then just a thought of hope of eternity.

True faith has signs that follow. Signs not produced by human origin. Produced by the power of God in the name of Jesus, as people are healed miraculously through prayer. Miracle something man cannot reproduce. Signs being something man cannot duplicate, and serpents handling is not going to hurt you even if bitten a time or two. Yet I do not believe in going and picking up a snake just to find out. The point is when danger comes your time is not up until God’s appointment. Peter appointed time was in old age and on a cross upside down. John face isolation on island and had visions of hope for the church world. Paul was repeatly beaten and stoned because of preaching, yet he arose up each time to preach again. Paul was even bitten by a poisonous viper, and yet did not die. Yet all these things were used to glorify God. Yet Paul was only human like the rest of us. The timing or death of a believer is for reason, God simply called them home. Yet those who survive past the point of death to live another day, have opportunity to glorify God. No one knows the seconds before accident what a person says, except the individual. Whether it was cry to Jesus that brought life, a cry to man that brought hope out of the situation, but did not necessarily solve the problem, or a curse that brought total destruction.

Faith that produces hope is not the kind that can be duplicated by human means. The Holy Spirit produces it. Yet God in his wisdom uses his people to teach about his wonders and works. Not in cultic fashion of destruction but with a lively hope of better things to come if one takes the first step of faith. One can read all the stories of hope but without a personal conviction to embrace Jesus one is never going to know what hope and faith is about. People that teach faith have to start with facts about their faith. Conviction of their faith will also be seen outside the religious institution.

Part of faith is dispelling the evilness of witchcraft and sorcery. One cannot prove God, God has to prove himself to man. One can only share hope and facts to those desiring to know about God, but each individual journey comes with being baptized in faith knowing the facts about who God is, his Son and the Holy Spirit. The power to heal is never our own, so when we pray for believing and things do not work out, it not because of lack of faith God had something better planned. Only time will tell the story of the bigger plan of God, and once realize faith springs anew.

Dear Heavenly Father give us the hope of faith, that passes all understanding, that move mountains, keeps deadly snakes from causing us harm, and things that are to impossible for man that you interfere because of prayer. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
