30 And Moses said unto the children of Israel, See, the LORD hath called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah;
31 And he hath filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship;
32 And to devise curious works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,
33 And in the cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of wood, to make any manner of cunning work.
34 And he hath put in his heart that he may teach, both he, and Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.
35 Them hath he filled with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work, of the engraver, and of the cunning workman, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of them that do any work, and of those that devise cunning work. One of the liberties of faith is being able to follow after the Spirit of God in wisdom, understanding, in knowledge and in workmanship. Being able to strive to work and have understanding of what it takes to design, build, create to do what needs to be done for the purpose God has called you to preform a duty of talent, even to creating and sharping of certain crafts for the tabernacle of the Lord as well as clothing for position of leadership. Work including metal and embroiderers of fabrics and such. Now being a craftsmen or woman does nto seem very liberating when it comes to work. Yet i can be because it is a means by which to earn income, to be apart of volunteer work of organization that will last for centuries to come perhaps. A way of advertising talent in volunteer work, gives jobs and work outside the volunteering.
Being of talent gives you the ability of freedom to make a living and provide for oneself and family. Craftsmenship often handed down from one generation to another. However there is difference when God has called you to do a particular work or to dedicate the work you do to the Lord. It is a special gift. It is like singing for the Lord or teaching, just as anointed, but it is to accomplish the work of God in area of skill. God needs craftsmen for decorating and understanding his design he wants man to build. One might wonder where there talent is that God wants to use, but God is the one the ordains you for a task. There people that help in rebuilding projects, building projects, mission work to help someone that is a call as well. There call with in the building of God and outside the building of God.
When you seek and search for that talent find it and do that work God has called you too. God called Abraham to search for the Promise land, God called Noah to build an ark, and God called Moses to lead his people to the promise land. God called Uri the son of Hur of the Tribe of Judah to teach both Uri and another from the tribe of Dan skills of craftmenship. Importance these talents came from God and the skills and designs from God.
We live in a time where boasting of works is prevalent in our land but how many can say their skills came from God. Those skill not taught as child or taught by tradition, but learned by oneself through prayer is a learn talent from God. It looking at one has and saying how can I perform such a feat and know when the task is done God enabled the work to be done by human hands things he already designed.
If God is building then who are we to judge what God has designed for man to do with human hands. Some mold images of seraphims, and others wove taperesty for use, and others had talent with metal and all kinds of other crafts and the job and work of God got finished, in the designed God had prepared for the people. It is a move of God in one's life. It is also a work that is fruitful unto God, so be steadfast and unmoveable always abounding in the work of the Lord.
Dear Heavenly Father move in our lives to create, to design and to build not by our power but yours Oh Lord for your purpose and glory, that we might know your power through things created by impossible lackless talent, In Jesus precious name, Amen.
