Only portion in scripture that mention a stable in the Old Testament. Is this Bethlehem? The answer is no. For Ramah is North of Jerusalem and Bethlehem is south. However could this be talking about the people of Galilee at the time of our Savior. A land blessed by the Lord to those that worship him. That the very camels and sheep come to find a place to rest. Galilee, was a land in the time of Christ of both Jew and Gentile. It is also the region that is thought to be of the church of Philadelphia in Revelations. In truth this area bring Gentiles to their knees in the house of God makes pure sense of these few verses, for sheep also come to rest.

Point is that if we declare everything that has a word or information about peace to the Messiah many portions of scripture would fit nicely in the mold. Yet seldom does the word destruction to the surrounding areas sound fitting to discuss with a time of peace for the camels and sheep. No doubt the first church as they began to worship Jesus after his resurrection and he spent 40 days in the land of Galilee teaching and explaining the scripture more plainly to 500 people that would spread th e truth of the Gospel.

Dear Heavenly Father thank you for locations in scripture to help explain prophesy of destruction of the enemy, and for sending the Messiah back to the land of Galilee to testify to those that knew of His birth and knew of his story because they lived with him and also were witnesses that He had risen from the grave.
