Ezekiel 31:1-18 KJV
1 And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the third month, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude; Whom art thou like in thy greatness?
3 Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs.
4 The waters made him great, the deep set him up on high with her rivers running round about his plants, and sent out her little rivers unto all the trees of the field.
5 Therefore his height was exalted above all the trees of the field, and his boughs were multiplied, and his branches became long because of the multitude of waters, when he shot forth.
6 All the fowls of heaven made their nests in his boughs, and under his branches did all the beasts of the field bring forth their young, and under his shadow dwelt all great nations.
7 Thus was he fair in his greatness, in the length of his branches: for his root was by great waters.
8 The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him: the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the chesnut trees were not like his branches; nor any tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his beauty.
9 I have made him fair by the multitude of his branches: so that all the trees of Eden, that were in the garden of God, envied him.
10 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast lifted up thyself in height, and he hath shot up his top among the thick boughs, and his heart is lifted up in his height;
11 I have therefore delivered him into the hand of the mighty one of the heathen; he shall surely deal with him: I have driven him out for his wickedness.
12 And strangers, the terrible of the nations, have cut him off, and have left him: upon the mountains and in all the valleys his branches are fallen, and his boughs are broken by all the rivers of the land; and all the people of the earth are gone down from his shadow, and have left him.
13 Upon his ruin shall all the fowls of the heaven remain, and all the beasts of the field shall be upon his branches:
14 To the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves for their height, neither shoot up their top among the thick boughs, neither their trees stand up in their height, all that drink water: for they are all delivered unto death, to the nether parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with them that go down to the pit.
15 Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him.
16 I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to hell with them that descend into the pit: and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, shall be comforted in the nether parts of the earth.
17 They also went down into hell with him unto them that be slain with the sword; and they that were his arm, that dwelt under his shadow in the midst of the heathen.
18 To whom art thou thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? yet shalt thou be brought down with the trees of Eden unto the nether parts of the earth: thou shalt lie in the midst of the uncircumcised with them that be slain by the sword. This is Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord GOD.

Assyrian King rise into a powerful king grew like the tree in the graden of Eden. God planted two trees in Eden the Tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. One would think life would be more important then knowledge, but without knowledge the knowledge of how good the tree of life is was not known. The greats and power of man rising into greatest of authority is not known until one believes he is over top of even his gardner who is God, instead making himself into a God that God can no longer hide Assyrian King's heart intention. Man followed in the shadow of the king even into obedience to the king.

His exaltation of power would get him cast into hell, like the orignal angel that chose to deceive the world. The exaltation of if you worship and obey me not you will die and go to a place of torment, instead of trusting in God man did just that changed their faith into believing and bowing to the idol who seemed like a protector but was not. Bowing to the greatest the King had become. If you trace back to the wilderness and look at New Testament Moses was worshipped as well as a great leader, but even Moses fell before the people when he hit to rocks, yet they follow Moses in regards to the law he gave them from God and worshipped the law more then God.

God creates two things one to tear apart and other to rise up in the heart of man. The need for life rising in the garden to produce fruit of life, but the tree of knowledge and evil was beautiful in Eves eyes. The price of something caught with the eye. The gleem of how can something beautiful be wrong. Many couples have said sex is beautiful outside of marriage only to be cut down when life forms with in the womb and their independent life ceases, with the knowledge their sex outside of marriage will be devulged. King of Assyria desire for man to worship him, had to exalt himself into a position to show is power to rule, by the following of many people who would walk in his footsteps, only to fall at the wickedness of his evil intent of power his that was not his to claim, and the ax would go to the root and make the Assyrian fall before Israel and his people.

God only created one serpent to lift himself up to take a fall and that was his Son whom he was will pleased, because with Christ rising before the people and the people desire to crown him king, the insurrection would take him to his cross because of the Priest Son who killed to keep the thief out of the main part of the temple from going any further. Christ would die instead of Barrabas Christ was only protecting the temple by turning over the money tables. Yet if we go to John 3:14-15 "And as Moses lifted up the sepent in the wilderness, even so the son of man must be liften up, that whosoever believeth in him would not perish but have eternal life." Without obedience to the King of Assyrian people died in disobedience and seen the grave, becaue they worshipped not the true God. Yet same time the brazen serpent on a pole was looked at for healing in the wilderness, because poisonous vipers were biting them and they died, their hope rested in God who gave instruction to look at the serpent on the pole to live. God said the same about his Son for eternal life. God demanded our obedience to his word of looking to his Son that we would be saved for eternity. Out of our obedience came eternal life. Life was in one fruit of the tree in the garden but Eve chose knowledge of good and evil and it was the wrong choice of man because they thought knowledge of good and evil was good, until God found out about their disobedience and cast them into the world of designed to be destroyed. Had the angel(serpent fallen) because of his own desire to know good and evil himself after eating from the tree of endless life, no one knows, but we know the devil and his angels are cast in the eternal lake of fire for eternity. Eve and Adam choose the wrong tree and that tree brought forth death in the grave. To look to the power of Assyrian brought death, To look to all that believe not in God's salvation brough death. Those that tried to take control of even God's position brought their own fall.

Most American leaders step down gratefully from the seat of the highest in the land, and yet only one i seen on television tried hard to hold to the position without the right number of votes. What impact has his control demonstrated to the nation of power even in our own land. That the power of freedom is precious not to be taken over by someone without the knowledge of knowing God is greater. For man to think he is greater then the God he claimed to serve is the person our eyes need to stay away from. If God does not take you down, man will. No, God uses the knowledge of good and evil for man to see the corruption of our world, to warn against the power of man/woman in positions they are never to claim as their own. Man witness the power and says I get to that postion that the power will not be corrupted but the heart of man understands not the power nor their position is not equal to God but it is God to give that power to man, instead of people. God raise and cuts power of man down to face their own reality of their own mortality without his power to live for eternity. When leaders deceive the people of the power they do not have they will be cut down in time.

Though man lifted up Christ to destroy him, they found in the grave an empty tomb of the power of God lifting him up and seen him for 40 days by five hundred men. Enough to know the nail scarred hands were real and the sword in the side still remained for the people to thrust their hand into to know the reality of Christ suffering. Marks on his back evidence of the blood that shed for you and me. God the Father raised his Son back up into endless life once more. The grave not keeping him in the grave. Nor man could keep a stone over the tomb in place, for out of the tomb Christ rose in victory.

Yet man lifts up many men to crucify them, but never by their own power has been able to stand again, only by the power of God will any man live again. Our obedience saves not but our obedience to believe in his Son will save our soul. King David tried to rise up in power again after his great fall, but part of Israel no longer trust the king when the knowledge of his sin was known. States in the USA united by our laws will fall that leave not God in his power over the governmental power. They will succumb to the loss of their own state at some point because of the refusal to trust in God but chose to trust in man only. Our nation no longer united in God we trust, but only trusting in their own power and knowledge of science is a deadly curse on our nation. Sin of these states being large to the point they toss God's power out of their state. Caring nothing of the power of the cross. And those that remain faithful to God in those places will see the power of God rise once more in their state, not by the power but the power of the Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father, allow your word to pentrate the hearts of those who can make change in our government and open the hearts of those that will hear the word of God and believe once more sending a revival by your power and might not the might of man. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
