The sweeping of a floor seems trivial unless you loose a value position. I have done housework in search of less valuable then silver. I often loose my sewing needle or my scissors in my couch doing needle work or crocheting. Depending on the type of needle, makes it harder to find. A little needle for cross stitching can be a pain to find. It better found then sat upon, or step on, in the course of a rhyme. Yet once sat on or step on one will find one hollering, who left this needle there and no one to blame but myself. Tearing apart of a couch cushion or chair, even looking below the couch to the floor both under and around to find that precious needle with a sharp point on it. It worse then looking for a needle in a haystack at times. I think I could move one straw at a time tell I found the needle far better then looking below the couch and finding all the cat toys, the lost mail, a few other odds and ends and once and a while a penny or two along with dust. I always find dirt that needs to be swept, vacuumed or something. Yet to find a needle you do not want the vacuum in case it gets sucked up and never found. Out comes the dust rag, the magnet or whatever else might be useful in finding that steel needle once more. Yet no guarantees that magnet will work, but if it fails it perhaps never be found. Ouch I cry finally, that needle is mine. Nope I flung it when it bit me across the floor to that dust pile sitting in the middle of the floor.

Though searching for things as women do, takes a little practice, every woman knows a man seldom will do it. One piece of silver seldom worth hunting unless one is broke, but God cares for every precious one of us. God is willing to send search party out looking for us. He knows where we are, but we seldom do. One seldom sees the dust pile or place one is hiding from the Lord. One sees the dust pile as a way of living and not the possible shining away of the dust, and cobwebs, or uncovering of the couch cushions in life. God went in search of Adam and Eve and found them hiding in the bushes. Jonah jumped into more trouble by jumping into the sea and finding the disgusting belly of a fish for three days. God knew where Adam, Eve and Jonah were, yet they had to understand they were running from the Lord. Lord cast Adam and Eve into their choice, not caring, no He goes in search once more. See God does not want to leave us in dust pile or even the second dust pile we land in, he wants to remove all sin upon repentance. Heaven gates open wide to the repenting heart. Jonah was spew up out of the disgusting belly of a fish to land on the seashore, and not floundering in current of water moving swiftly on. Jonah found repentance and then mercy. Adam and Eve found joy with their offspring from the Lord, a gift from God. What does it take for us to land in dirt twice, only to be brought to seashore of safety. For Jonah he acknowledge his sin, but repented not, continuing running with the jumping into the sea. Adam and Eve ever repent only blaming someone else called the serpent.

God might allow our sin for season, but it can not remain for long. It like playing in a mud puddle only to need a bath. Might appear fun, but sooner or later one has to wash. God placed Adam and Eve in a world that the devil was allowed to roam for a season, but his time draws near to an halt. Adam and Eve would make a choice to follow God or follow the devil. Cain their offspring listen to his own desire and not God. Consequence of sin is the eternal lake of fire. Yet without knowledge of actual lake of fire is there any point to obey God. God demonstrate the eternal lake of fire, through nature’s fury. The reality of horror do exist outside the protection of doing things God’s way.

Receiving God salvation plan through belief inChrist Jesus is God way through faith. Yet many will be trying to do good for God to pay for there sins only to find they can not pay for it. God’s requirement is belief in his Son/ The Word of God, but also to follow His Spirit. The devil believes but repents not, even going about doing good to try and make people believe he is good and there no God. The devil will do everything to convince you to do his will. If you hear the devil then you must know there is opposite to the devil voice and it is God’s voice. God is calling you today to hear, to follow. He even came searching in the place you thought you were safe, but it only caused injury to others once they found you, causing them to cast you into more dirt. God is the only one that hunts like a woman for his children, he already knows where they are, he just hoping they will allow him to spit shine them, but they have to repent. The woman in search of silver knew the value. I can picture her shining the coin she found. God wants to shine us up.God wants to rejoice on us coming home.

Dear Heavenly Father bring us to repentance, knowing good things are in store for your children of obedience. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
