I talk about Emancipation through President Abraham Lincoln, but we can not forget states that it took more then a day to get a telegram or message from President Lincoln. In George Washington day the news took even longer, because telegraph had not been invented. Many states have days special to them and if we think on it, every state in the Union with a day of celebration, we would soon run out of days, but so these days are marked and reminded how our nation felt across the nation. Now think for a moment when the death of Christ occurred some would of gone on their merry way and others remained, and then the resurrection happen on the third day. The news of freedom from sin being carried by first by the angels at the tomb, then by Christ and then his disciples. How far and long has it taken for the message of freedom because Christ died for our sin has it taken to get around the world? It is more then 2000 years later plus many generation later the message is still being carried.

The message of death began in the garden with the first sin and Adam and Eve being forced from the garden of Eden with no way back. The sacrificial law was in place at the time of Abel and Cain the first sons of Adam and Eve. We know this because Cain in his jealousy of not having the right sacrifice would kill Abel and be marked by God that man would not harm him. God in his mercy planned a sacrifice for sin his only begotten Son/ His word would die on the cross for our sins. Christ dying in the place God prepared for Adam and Eve to live in exile from the Garden of Eden. A place controlled by man's laws except for when God intervenes with his own law of grace, protection, judgment, mercy and truth. God allows man to rule themselves. Some in honor of God and others in the honor of the ways of man. Right now some laws even of our own nation honor not God but only man, because some people believe not in Christ.

For us that believe in Christ we know Christ redeeming power that came because of Adam's original sin, that would cover all sin in the world and be the protector of his followers by the promise of forgiveness for sin, marked by the Holy Spirit and sealed by the Holy Spirit til the day of redemption. A mark that can not be seen by human eyes.

Who did Christ come to save, but anyone that would believe that Christ came to die for our sins. It matter not their race, it matter not their ethicity, it matter not their eye color, hair color, shape of there nose, even people without noses and so forth. It matter not all people that are human are called to be saved by the grace/love of God. No one is exempt from the freedom from sin that Christ offers. Yet the law is reestablished by the Holy Spirit and the reason being that there be no more sacrifice for sin and we were to follow the leading and teaching of the Holy Spirit(Hebrews 10 New covenant). Yet it does not exempt the need for laws in our land because man still sin and the laws were for our protection on this earth. When all to not adhere to it they become corrupt and a law unto themselves.

When freedom is defined it can not be without laws or consequences for action that goes against society. God does not expect payment of Christ to be for our laws, but for the breaking of the spiritual sin of unbelief, of disobedience to him directly. The laws of man could crucify Jesus but could not stop God from raising him up in victory.

We need defining of breaking the law of God more often because we get in tangled by laws that has nothing to do with the laws of God. We get entangled by bondage of the law and seeing our inability to keeping them to take us further from faith, then God ever intended. Laws of man should only be based in society for clean and wholesome living for society. Not for the right of evil such as killing of the innocent and abuse of others.

There was woman who gave all she had to her children to make sure they became successful in this world. She gave her own food from her plate, she baby sat for her children and then grand children, but none really counting the sacrifices she did make. She died two days later after taking to her bed, while babysitting. No one cared to help her live but only die. What kind of world do we live in when this happens. What kind world do we live in that would abuse their own mother unto death. Society is so corrupt that no one cares, but the truth of matter, I care and so I tell the story, because 911 was just not enough.

The injustices of our world will make one ask is there a God and if there is a God then why would innocent suffer. Why are children abused, why are people innocent lives taken, why is evil all around us, yet no one hears there cries. God hears and yet if we do not do our part to protect lives and only kill, then we become evil and part of the ways of the devil then of God. My husband joined the fire department and rescue squad to make a difference many years before his injury to help those in need. He would talk of his love of picking up little old ladies that just needed someone really to talk too and not really taken to the hospital but yes that where they went.

God is picking us all up through the cross of Jesus if we will only believe. Everyone of his children only need his comfort to get through the day in the worse situations. The worse call of disaster, first storm, the first tradegy, and the first joyful occassion they were hook to praying more diligents to God then talking to man. God knows the cross human soul carry. Those in Texas and around our nation that were enslaved and set free had to learn what true freedom meant in a land of opportunity. Christ died for all sins to set all men free from the yoke of sin if only they would believe God sent his son for us.

Dear Heavenly Father, may we find grace today through faith, horrors never makes sense, but God loves those that will have faith his in salvation. God sent salvation Through President Lincoln by emancipating the slave, though message was slow on arrival so is the message of faith slow sometimes in arriving but it always on time.
