I serve a God that never fails me when I trust in Him. The shortest Psalms in the whole book of Psalms is today. Today is Hanukkah and Christmas both around the world. Some not celebrating the knowledge of Christ but is celebrating God. I praise Jesus for coming as a babe in the manger, but I praise God for His Spirit covers our land. His Spirit covers our world with the knowledge of His truth. The knowledge of His Saving grace.

As I celebrate Christmas I can not help but rejoice in our Saviors birth, but even more so in how God’s perfect design of scripture passage never fail when we obey Him. The devil wanted to fight me tooth in nail, with an upset stomach, either it was turkey or the mms. I decided it did not matter the devil was not going to win this morning.

God’s power still resides over our land. The power of love whether you celebrate Hanukkah only or both Hanukkah and Christmas. The importance is we celebrate Emmanuel God with us. Passing the knowledge of God to all generation and the message of Christ too. Let us open our hearts and minds this Christmas that God is victorious through the promise of His word Emmanuel. He has not forsaken his people.

Let us praise and worship Christ our King this Christmas season. Let us worship His Spirit this Hanukkah. Let us thank Him for his mercy endures forever to all generations.
