Something we can learn from the little creatures God has made. Animals stories part of American Indian heritage and many nations around the world. American Indian taught their children many observations by observing nature. Solomon(Proverbs 6) and other Proverb writers such as Agur the son of Jakeh who wrote Proverbs 30 prehaps is sharing something important of his culture not seen in other passages about small and even larger creatures through the entire Proverbs 30. We focus on little creatures today.
Ant is considered a wise creature gathering food for winter storeage in summer. People who garden know the value of summer storage. Ants are not strong but are consider wise because of their preplanning. The conies a rock badger is not a strong creature but knows to build their homes in the rocks. Locust seem not to have a leader but the travel in bands. Locust swarm and move from place to place how they know how to fo this without a leader only God knows. Spiders even live in King palaces. However a dead spider was consider a good spider in my culture. Yet what many do not consider they good to have around if fighting a bug problem. See a spider he has a food source where he builds his web. What she eating may be a problem to an bug invasion.
What observed is knowledge cpmmon to man yet wisdom is prehaps something to take notice of. The first American settlers when they landed at Plymouth rock knowledgeable in scripture but not prepare for a harsh winter of starvation. No matter how hard one prepares things do happen to even food storage. And a late start their no storage.
Consider the valuable lessons and observations from God's creation. Did man watch birds nesting habits and began to weave their own clothing from tbis knowledge, yet God gave them a fur coat. We might understand all God's wisdom he teach humanity through his creation but without knowledge no one would swarm together for a celebration.
Dear Heavenly Father thank you for your little creatures that teaches wisdom by observing and even talents. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
