Luke 21:5-28 KJV
5 And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,
6 As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?
8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.
10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
16 And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.
17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.
18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish. 19 In your patience possess ye your souls.
20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.
24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

The crowd notice the beauty of the temple and the jewels that adorned it. Foreigners and not only Jews. If we put glitter on anything people naturally want it. If you watch say yes to the dress, often the glitter, and bejewelled dress are desired more then the plain jane dresses. The beauty being in the glitz, the feeling it worth more then gold in the dress. At those prices yes it is worth alot til after the wedding day and then it only a second hand dress, to your hope to have daughter, or a give away, but none the less a hand me down. The value depleted because it was worn. Worse then getting in a new car and wrecking it the day after you buy a $20000 vehicle is now worth only six hundred and the wreck your fault not the other driver. This is the type of thing the world deals with all the time. I remember standing at a display counter and a rose with gold trim caught my eye. I not even sure why it caught my eye. I asked the price and decided it was not for me. Yet it was esquiste for the moment, went back to the store some time later and I saw the rose and I had not the same reaction. It was still shining, and still beautiful, but it did not catch my eye the same way. It taught a lesson about buying stuff that that rose could only bring to my attention. If you really value or want something it still has the same value to you as when you originally desire it, if you pass it by or it was not meant to be yours. Wait before buying and if you still wanting it, then it worth obtaining for your enjoyment.

People are looking at the temple in the glorious rebuilt status, Seeing the beauty and making comments upon it. When Jesus says a day is coming when one stone will not be found on another that won't be thrown down. Speaking of a day of destruction coming to even this beautiful building. The destruction of the temple onlookers wanted to know when it would happen. Must of us overlook some of the prophecy to time period thinking only of last days. Last days of Israel and the time of the Gentiles is what these folks were looking for. A time period when the world as they knew it would change drastically again. A time of exile for the Jewish nation. A time when Jerusalem be run by the Gentiles. Right now Jerusalem is still run by outsiders in the temple. Meaning none Jews. The day they carried the scrolls out of the temple, they took the word out and Islam came in. It been near 20 years, maybe fiften since this day occur in our own history, but it also happened in 70 and 90 AD. Time when the Jews would be scatter among the people. A time of the Gentiles. Then a time once more of God calling his people home. Almost 2000 years later the Jews were going back into Jerusalem since 1945.

Why is any of it significant. Why is it significant for the antichrist to be on the temple mount and is right now, which is Islam. Islam is not for Jesus. Why is it important to Christians to know the time of these events. It symbol of how close it is to the return of Christ. Yet with each passing day people wonder when will He return. It not for anyone to know the hour of his return or understand even the reason of the delay. What we can understand God was exiling his people once more. That the beauty of the temple was not lasting but would face destruction. To understand Jews people are God's people. To understand Christians are God's people. To understand the Gentile nation is God's people in regards to people he did create for a purpose and he called them to saved by Christ Jesus.

As a Christian we understand some of the things we see are prophetic to things that occur to the coming of Christ. Yet are we willing to understand that faith is not in the reestablishment of these things or events to come. They are signs of the people, signs of the struggle of Jewish people to gain the physical control of the place that belongs to God, they themselves gave him when they built him a house.

As a Christian we understand before the fall of the temple signs and wonders would of occurred before the fall and destruction of the Temple. We also can understand this will not occur once but more then once in history. That tribulation would come with the removal of God's people from the temple. We have watch since about 2006 a testimony of God's destruction upon the earth in the form of storms and tribulation that seem to have no end in our history. Some of it even being magnified by the speed of our own communication system called the internet and all that was magnified because God was sending us storms of devastion across the world as forecasted to his people. I believe the world is heading toward a period of calm. Calm between the time of tribulation to come. Though I believe Christ can come any day now, do I think we are to witness yet more of the things we see. What is calm but spiritual rest.

Are Christians in exile, no, because they see their body as house for God to dwell in and sup with their very own soul. There spirit is not God, but God lives in their heart. Do Jews beleive this about God dwelling in them, I think David believe this. I think he understood much about the power of God's Spirit but God's Spirit did not stop his sin. Just as Christ's Spirit in us does not prevent us from being human in our world. Christians believe their home is beyond the shores of Jerusalem, beyond the eastern sky. A place God is preparing outside of our world meaning heaven and earth as we know it.

I believe in Matthew that tribulation seems to repeat three times. If my understanding Christ delay in coming does not mean his return is not even now, but we may witness more then we have in the past ten years and the tribulation will increase. Christ coming can return anyday. How much as believers will we witness I do not know. I do believe when God's final wrath comes, God's children will be watching from above. Not in the heaven as we know it, for the heaven and the earth will be destroyed. That when time of tribulation, imprisonment and so forth come to the world we must accept God's power is greater. The other day I spoke of crime being not of God or questioned if it be of God. Not all prophecy by God is of his doing. Satan enter Judas to enable him to perform the betrayal according to allowing God's will to be accomplishing in giving his Son has a sacrifice for sin. It took Satan to cause the betrayal. Yet Christ prophecied it and God allowed it to occur. If a crime happens is it by God knowledge or by his power. It by his knowledge we understand the enemy as at work in the world today. The world cares nothing of what the devil is doing or God for that matter. Yet God's people can avoid the devil if they know the direction he is going and they keep their eyes on Jesus. No disciple followed Judas to stop him, no disciple question what Jesus said. Yet Peter would rebuke Jesus and Jesus would tell him he too would deny him three times. Betraying him as far as his Lordship and power. Peter no longer defending his Lord.

People in the temple are still looking for the Messiah to come the first time, The believers is Christ are looking for his return. if one can grasp the power God allows the enemy and the power of the enemy that will not last in regards of torment of his people. Then we can understand there is a day coming when God's people will have victory that will be everlasting and not just in spurts across the world and in waves across the world. We need to accept there be those left behind as non believers, but continue to take the Bible everywhere and share it. I heard the other day where a woman minister tried to hand an atheist a Bible and it was like if he took it he feel his fingers on fire the way she told it. He was literally afraid of the Bible.

As a believer we should not fear what in our Bible, but fear what God will do if we do not submit to his will that spoken in scripture. As a believer it important to share about the liberty God instills on man from the begining of time to worship him freely and the governments in our world that allows this freedom to worship him and the importance of this. The Christian faith is greater then the government of this world because Christian faith is suppose to be about the Love of God and others. If it seems to represent hate there is a problem. Yet Christians are to hate evil and things that cause people harm. Harm to their mental, physical and not least their spiritual health. Spiritual faith is only can be changed by the power of God. When you hear of the opposition of Christianity is bowing because of the power of God, then you know God is definitely dealing with their hearts something man can not control or examine as far as faith.

We know the temple of God physical format of how Jews perceived God's house was completely destroy. Just like one day the earth will be completely destroyed, not even the core of the earth will remain. The beauty we see in the earth is finite, a day of destruction so enjoy it now. The time of seeing earth moving equipment destroying something on the earth is finite compare to the finite of what God is going to do. Be ready to meet Jesus in the sky by praying and asking Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. Do not let the beauty of God creation or even man's cause one not to grasp the reality that God is also going to destroy the beauty of his creation in the world as we know it, because man worships it more then him. People definitely worship the beauty of the Temple more then God in the time of Christ, even before and after.

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
