Isaiah 6:1-13 KJV
1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.
2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.
3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.
5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.
6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:
7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
11 Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,
12 And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.
13 But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.

Lord here is defined as Adonay, as proper name here Jehovah(God). Lord here can not be a king or a ruler in human form. Isaiah is actuallyin a vision seeing the throne of God, and here it is as if he realizes he seeing and hearing that sounds of heaven when he sees his own unworthiness of being before the throne because of his own mouth. Yet here angel touches him with a hot coal and says your sins are purged. He the Lord saying who will go for us, who will send and who will go for us? Isaiah without even thinking volunteers. Isaiah finds himself speaking to God and he is asking questions concerning his assignment and commission from God.

If God asked you today to go for him, will you go for him and speak for him? Will you find out exactly what the assignment is before going? God often tells us what our assignment is before he sends us, we know at the minimum in our heart, sometimes it is like a vision unfolding of what will be as it arrives. I was sixteen when I got my call to share the Gospel. God said I would be teaching from home around the world and i said that was impossible and kept going in whatever direction I was headed. In my mindset I could not see it happening. In my understanding it was impossible to share the Gospel from one's own house. Yet today I reflect as I often do and shake my head and say God did know and his words are true.

When I think how far and wide this website has gone, I realize it went far wider then I ever imagine, or thought possible. I did not even think of it going around the world until I seen my stats over ten years ago, now I just do not look stats or numbers, it not because I do not care. I want to keep my head from swelling and focus on the responsibility God placed on me, and to those that read my site. I do not claim perfection, but claim my Jesus saved me from my sins and cleansed my heart from sin, and in his eyes I now made perfect not by anything I have done, but by his blood. My perfection coming from the cleansing from sin, through Christ's cross. My imperfection is because of my own humanity. However I pray for those around the world, that they will study their Bible with or without me. God(Father, Son and Holy Spirit) will always be the real teacher of faith. He speaks to our souls and speaks to our own ears that we might follow our own call from Jesus on each of our life. I might be the one serving lunch or dinner, or a cup of coffee, but I will tell you truth, God's Spirit still has to speak to your heart and feed you a full course meal, for it to be of value to your soul.

What God wants to do in our individual life is to spread his word of love. We must look at the cross of Jesus and decide was the resurrection the eternal point the everlasting point worth it all. Jesus thought so, because he paid it all so we would know it was worth it for us to pick cross and follow after him. Will you follow the will of God in your life, will you obey his word and do his word. None of us live our life so perfectly that we stand in the present worthy by own merit, it takes the blood of Christ to make us worthy to pick up our cross and follow him and obey him. Gideon picked up his cross for battle, but as soon as war was over he went back and raised a family. Paul the missionary seem to never take a vacation from his work, though I say there were times he did not preach or teach as he traveled. There are people called in to ministry that will go back into the workforce once their time of service is up and others continues all the days of there life. The cross is to be carried all the days of our life no matter if we are in season or out of season. When we fail we understand the mark we live not only on our own cross by the cross of Jesus. Will you be a follower of Jesus, will you go if God ask you to go, do you hear his commission to go. It okay if you life does not fit the nice suit church people in leadership. It how God called you to go for his purpose and his glory. If your call is to be a nice suit church leader then that where you belong. If God calls you to the streets, to the computer, to the world around you in many jobs that is your call. God is sending people in many places even to the janitor work in churches. What is your place to serve, find and go do it. You might be like the prophet of the Old Testament where the unbelievers mocked or turned away, while others believe. Your there to encourage the believer and lead the nonbeliever out of sin. Your there to obey God in the way you live and what you say.

Dear Heavenly Father help each us to be willing to say I will go where you want me to go and I will do what you want me to do, even if it in a place I don't want to be like Jonah, Moses, Elijah and probably Noah. Help us to be busy about your mission work like Paul. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
