Acts 5:1-12 KJV
1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.
6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.
7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.
8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.
9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.
10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband.
11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.
12 And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.

As Generation X begins to focus on not only the elderly, and millinnials watch to only teach generation Z, the generation Baby boomers, the Silent generation and the Greatest generation hopefully almost all at rest in peace. Morbid thought to think about your life and your family life rest in the hands of the generation coming up as far as how they take care for their elderly. Whether they care for them as one would a new born baby caring for the needs of their elders or coming to reign as greedy people, the abortion experts they are taught to be from the baby boomer generation with more cold heartness toward human life being a waste of time if disabled, or unable to perform their duties. The neo nazism have taught nothing but disrespect for human life. Americans call to follow the route to pursue happiness ends before one reaches old age. Is our bill of rights a myth or do all humans have the right to pursue happiness until death as long as you follow the constitutional laws of protecting others rights as well. The law of liberty. The root of neo nazism begins with the dispersement of german troops taken into other country even filterating in to our nation as observation of what they fell is purity laws of a nation, meaning if you fit their dna standards you okay, if not you out before you given a right of passage to achieve in life. The Baby boomers teaching children to abort so they can have the life they want and never consider one day they be in the beds of nursing homes hoping to have rest until their bodies give up. Rich beauractics saying you have no rights because I got money that can stomp a hole in your heart with a whip at your back if you try to change the course of history without it. Saying your not even worthy of the rights of the constitution. Not worthy to be people of hope. Yet we see who watching the generation of self sinnerness creeping in to the generation saying that my money, let our elders die even more quickly if they can not take care of our needs and theirs. Yikes, what is the world coming too. Pandemic only heightening the generation to remember parents died without people around them that were paid to demonstrate care and in truth no one knows what really was going on as people were protected from the outside world. Pictures became essential to the living outside that did care, and nurses and care givers snapped photoes for those that did care. Never grasping that despite abortion of that generation called baby boomers they really did care about human life and even their own. What did it teach millinnials and Generation X and Z the simply a camera is all one needs of photo of a love one a call perhaps, to fit into their busy world. The clash of change verses the need of love. Well we be given pics to only satisfy the emptiness of the human contact of the world around us. I hope not. I hope what computers are teaching this generation is it a tool not a lifestyle. It equipment not a friend. It is a tool to use to talk to people but not always a safe tool to meet someone for always an encournter. People lie all the time online about who they are and yet perhaps they are all those things deep within them. Our caring nature true, but our reality not always what it seems. The abortion generation of survivor being who do you block out of your life even prior to their ability to solve the issue or at least protect oneself. Yet the nursing home different many do not even know who they are that are in the nursing home and those that are wish they did not. The preciousness of old age and the reality of are we living in a time of a lack of care or to much care that must be paid for and bought, because a generation is not taught to care.

This truly looks like a rant this morning on human life but I promise I am getting their. I going back to Acts 5. It is the human lie of love, the human lie of self preservation greater then our need for truth and obeying the truth of our need to care. Ananias and Sapphiras had a heart that desire to give all the price of a piece of land they were about to sell, but when the money was in their hand the desire of greed and Satan entered them and betrayed them as he had Adam and Eve with did you really say you going to give it all, look how much is there you can really use some nice things. How about take a little and give the rest to the fellowship. I sure they will not mind. The plot formed not to tell anyone that amount it was sold for and they gave only a portion of the money to the apostles. Ananias went in first and said I got this money for a piece of land I sold. Peter by the Holy Spirit said that was not all the money you promised God. An Ananias said no i gave it all and he died right before the apostles. They dragged his body out and burried him. Sapphira comes in and Peter ask her did you all give all the money for the land. She said yes. He said why do you tempt God as your husband did, who has died and been burried. With that she dropped dead to and was buried. it became known to the people that one could not lie to God. The power of the Holy Spirit no doubt was confirmed as the new owner came forward, we do not know if they had any evidence that this is why it happened, but I suspect Peter despite his learning from Jesus, this one thing he would of confirmed by the land owner if he knew him, because simply people talk. It did not take long for people to talk about Ananias and Sapphira sin that caused their death by the Holy Spirit of God and it cause fear among the people.

The fear of the people was short lived by the hope of the miracles seen by the apostles. Fear over ridding and giving way to hope. A hope needed in a dying world but the fear of God so great that the people came in one accord because of the miracles that were still being performed on the porch of Solomon. Fear is the worse thing people face when it comes to powers greater then themselves, but it produces a respect which is good. The sin of Ananias and Sapphira was a personal sin of steal from God, from the commitment they made to God.

Many people make commitments to love ones in nursing care that they fail to do. They fail because of the endurance the speed of things of life need attending, the care for human life not remaining, The burden begins to weigh on the human psyche or the lie of Satan that says abortion is okay, to abort human life that can not survive much long okay. With disasters the tag on the body saying this one probably not going to make so lets move on to the next is what generally happens with mass cassualities, it not a secret but no one wants to think about it.

The question comes why was Ananias and Sapphira targeted. Satan enter them, they were not people of faith, but people that were doing still like everyone else that were not in fear of God yet. They were trapped by the devil long before their promise of giving up the money to the church, Their commitment was not of faith but of themselves. God is teaching to lesson in this passage the God of love is also the God of wrath and will not be thought that he could be lied to or even deceived. God allowed the fear of the people to enter them, so he was mocked and the church understood they could not deceive God.

Generation X you know about the baby boomers before us and generation x children are watching their attitudes of their soon to be elder generation and how they care for our elders. Our generation will know the wrath of bad people caused by our bad decisions and the blessings of good decisions toward our elderly. Heed the children that aborted their babies have no care for human life, when it begin to have no value to them. What are you teaching, is it fear, or hope. God did not teach fear, but what he did caused fear among the people. Yet he demonstrated love to the people of the time of Apostles through miracles and wonders performed by them.

God has angels of mercy watching over our elderly in our land, but the need for more care and more workers will be greater with this generation of elders. Remember God's Spirit sees all concerning the love we have for the elders and also see the lack of love by others. Baby boomers it is your turn for the nursing home and retirement homes that many are already in, but guess what I hope you taught your children to have compassion, it far reaching. God's revenge comes by each generation that follows the generation that begins to fall from his grace, from each generation that lacks spiritual revival and follow the greed of their heart instead. God's wrath comes to children of disobedience to their commitments to him and his people. God love also comes to his people by signs and wonders despite the sin of those whose greed took them to the grave. Our fear of God should protect the elders and the babies of this generation of the generations to come, but in truth it not so. The things you can prevent do and those things you can not prevent save. Meaning obey the Lord when it comes to perserving of life, knowing he knows the heart of man that neither obeys, or yields to their own commitments. Let God weed the earth do not become the weeder, let God do his work and you do your work. Let God demonstrate his love through his signs and wonders, for his love is found in the hope of his work, truth of his word and the hope of salvation through His Son Jesus. His Spirit a guardian to all things good. God sees it all. People pray, pray for those that are lost today, those that play church but are in need of Christ. That they will fear God and learn to respect him, knowing his love for them despite their mistakes is still great even in our land today.

Dear Heavenly Father teach us to fear you knowing what your wrath can bring, but remind us continual that your love is real for us as well. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
