1 Thessalonians 5:1-28 KJV
1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;
13 And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.
14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.
15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
16 Rejoice evermore.
17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
19 Quench not the Spirit.
20 Despise not prophesyings.
21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
25 Brethren, pray for us.
26 Greet all the brethren with an holy kiss.
27 I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren.
28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Faith does it come with a season, or is it a daily walk for you? Hopefully most that receive Christ know it more then a season of faith, but a lifetime of faith. What I mean is do you take your salvation seriously of what God has done spiritually for you. We can not stop death, not even medical science, yet we like to think medicine can prevent, stop and cease death. All medicine does in reality is make one feel better in the body chemically when it becomes inbalanced. Medicine tries to fix the inbalance of the situation which they have far more success then our government does trying to balance out the economy. Yet both are possible, just have to find the key to unlock both problems. The Lord still comes as thief in the night. Women take birth control only discover one day they are pregnant, will people plot suicide and still fail and ever thing that should of caused death did not. A man tried to blow his brains out and the bullet went straight through his head, should of killed him but he lived, why, because it was not his time of death. Simply speaking his death did not come but his brains were scrambled, that his life was never the same after. You can not cheat death, nor fight it, nor can you win when it your turn, but you can know the destination of your eternity with faith in Christ Jesus. Why am I being grusome, to make a point you play russian roulette with your life you will either land up mess up for life living as a vegetable or you will die, because God turned the page not man. I accept that truth on evidence in the world around us, that God choose our time, so meanwhile as we wait on our time to leave here we better be as comfortable as humanly possible as far as keeping oneself from starvation, a place to rest, a place of work and a timetable of enjoying life before one gets to old to care if they enjoy it any longer. Where does faith fit in this perimeter that is established by God, it begins with taking responsibility for oneself and one's own faith. I can lead a horse to water but I can not make one drink. Nor can I make you listen or read about Jesus. Today is your day to grab your liberty. Yet I tell you my goaled is not to enslaving you to read this site, but to allow you to grab a hold of Jesus the one that can save your soul. God sent Jesus to save you from a life of sin, so you to can embrace eternity with him. Jesus was not evil, yet the cleansing of the temple cost him his life, but not his eternal life. His death plotted out by God almighty himself. You think you can plan death you can not. Death brings two things, a mourning of grief, or a joy and elation of knowing that a love one has gone on to be with Christ. Sometimes death even bring a numbness of unanswer questions about a person, but in truth God the only one that knows if a person is in heaven with him or not. Do you wonder about someone's passing, you can't change their fate, they had to grab hold of liberty of faith themselves. Many people die in pain and agony, along with peace, Some think they have sweet peace only to wake in eternity of agony and pain. Do not loose sleep over what you can not change, only make the changes you need within your own heart, soul, mind and life. Receive Christ today the hope of everlasting life.

This is not the exact message I had in mind of giving, but anyway, lets continue, let us put on faith, because that what this site is about, it is about faith in Jesus, God the Father and the HOly Spirit. As a believer our responsibility is first to put on the garment of salvation, the helmet of salvation and breastplate of righteousness. Without it your mind is not protected and neither is your heart. We begin with breastplate of righteousness, meaning faith in God, because in truth without the shirt going on first, you can not put a ball cap on. Put on the helmet of salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. You need both God and Christ, for God sent his only begotten Son in the world that if anyone believed would be saved. Who is the convictor of the heart, it not the human teacher, it is the Holy Spirit. If you are children of the light, the light being of God and you walk in the light of God's word by faith in Christ Jesus, then you no longer of the darkness of the world, but you walking by faith in Jesus.

Going to share a little about faith has you grow in Christ, studying scripture and God begins to speak to your heart about what you read, what you do in life and so forth you also need to pray, and seek God through prayer, but to listen to what he says will be in your heart. Listen and know his words, his sound in your heart and mind. When you know Christ personally you will know to listen and take heed of his word. When trouble comes and it will, and when things go bump in the night, you know what that sound is, without confusion or fear. God is not the author of confusion nor fear, but sin itself, the demons of hell definitely are about confusion. When confusion occurs around a person, they can ask God to make one aware of the solution, the solving of the crisis or the moving away from it, to allow God and those who need to solve it to do so.

Your walking in a darken world with the light of God and Christ surrounding you, and so you know the way in which to go, why did you even think of stepping out of the light for even a moment. Many ships wreck because they did not follow the lighthouse beam of light, and when there was no light ships were often wrecked coming into shore. We need to build each other up in faith. How does one get carbon out of the air, plant a tree or other plants to kill greenhouse gas. How does one deliver one out of evil plant the sow the seed of faith and build other believers up with the word of faith. We are not brick layer of the wall of faith, but we are those who help by sowing faith, tending and caring for one another. That seed of faith must grow in the heart, it must develop there, and it must grow strong there, so we are anchored by the roots of faith and not the roots of our past, or time of backslidding that gets cut away with repentance. God wants to remove the weight of what caused the running, and change that to fruit of righteousness in the lives of others. God never allowed the backslidding, but the lesson of backslidding became the fruit, of not to do that again. Evilness of our world is often tempting, what is a glass of wine to a drunkard, but the toxicity of the devils drink to drunkness, to a social glass of wine, is not issue, until it begins to control the mind of gluttony.

We want to be builders then build up/encourage the believer and not the sin nature of mankind, yet evern I admit that sometimes that sin nature is hilarious, and yet it leads to death. What is good and what is faithful, is it? Is what we consider good good? Well what God calls good is good. What God builds will be made stronger through faith, and God's people have a responsibility to encourage, to build up others in faith with simplicity of testimony and sharing of God's word. There is plenty of sinful people within the church and outside the church. However what is going on inside the church should be a building up in faith, so those inside desire to grow in faith to be part of the body of Christ, to desire to have their own experience of faith in Christ and their own walk, by getting to know Jesus themselves. Believers we got a job to get out there and testify of the Lord. There many spiritualist out there but not of faith or knowledge of Spirit of truth which is Jesus.

Last we need to pray without ceasing. You say you need to nap, you can learn to pray without ceasing by learn about the Holy Spirit that even when we have no words, or our words is speaking in groans, he hears and knows our need. To tired to pray, God will strengthen you, and allow you to rest, as his word and Spirit springs forth hope. God speaks to our inner soul. We should never stop prophesying, but allow it to be.

The hope of the corporation of believers built by God needs to know that they must continue in the works and acts of faith, not talking about just good deeds, but obeying God's Spirit in all things, to obey until either Christ returns or we pass on to go onward to heaven door, because our name is called. To carry the eternal hope of faith and light of God's word into eternity.

Dear Heavenly Father you know your children of faith, give them the strength, to run the race of faith, holding to the hope of salvation, that our cross is carried until you call us home. That we hold the key of faith in our hearts, that all we have to do is receive Christ there. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
