I am writing my viewers to tell them I am sorry I have not been able to full fill my commitment to write for God’s glory every day this past year. However maybe God in his wisdom knew I need some time off. Getting out in the yard. Walking ten miles. Going out with my husband. Yes my computer is broke down but God has blessed me. And yeah I even lost some weight. Plus there plenty on my site as well as others that I don’t worry what God is doing or will do in your life and mine. http://turtle30cshell.com
Sunday morning you get a rerun with time falling back for those on daylight saving time.

1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
Every battle comes the victory song with sounds of instruments singing the victory song. As Halloween approaches the reminder of all saints day comes. A reminder why Christ died and the saints shout the victory song and continue to pay a price of suffering on this earth in life. The devil knows his time draws to a close. The old devil will sing his last cry we will hear as he is thrown into the eternal lake of fire for all eternity. We will sing the victory song of the saints through out eternity.
Give the musicians their instruments and let their instruments play the victory song as we sing, shout and dance in triumph of the enemies defeat.
As the evil day of Halloween approach there something as saints we must do, teach the next generation that evil is something to shun and give our children hope of love and good things such as peace. Evil is not cool but God’ s always is. Let Christ light shine in this darken world that man has tainted with his sin. God’s creation is beautiful and his sanctuary is above the stars. Yet we sit in the throne room walking on God’s footstool living to our desires that are not always God’s. Yet God mercy and grace teaches us right from from wrong. Helping us to believe in Jesus and giving us hope. Are you singing the praises of God. Are you singing hope of faith? What would happen if our children gave out tracts on Halloween as they exchanged it for candy. Or what would happen if those passing out candy gave out a message of hope. Confuse a few and delight a few I suspect. Jesus is light to a darken world. Spread some light this Halloween.
Dear Heavenly Father thank for your thrown room a place to remind us of the hope of heaven through belief in your precious world. In Jesus previous name, Amen.

Psalms 149:1-9 KJV
1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.
2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
4 For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.
5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;
7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.
What is praise but time for celebration. Yet does one praise God before the battle call. Praising God and knowing his mighty works, but knowing God has provided you with the weapons to defeat the enemy.
Though scripture speaks of the two edge sword as a weapon for battle. One must remember the verse 12 in Hebrew 4 of it speaking of God’s word being sharper then a two edge sword. God’ s weapon for God’s people is God’s word. Claim God’s word in context as you go forth in battle in the world against the enemy of darkness. God’s word is victory and worthy to be praise. God’s word is triumphed before it even spoken. God’s word is the first and will be the last word needed in any battle.
Israel down fall in battle was no longer taking God’s word when it came to winning. In this Psalms we see the declaration of his people Israel that believe God and was ready to declare God’s word before, during and after battle with the enemy. They were a people of hope with their God.
Where are you with God or without God this morning and when you are trying to defend yourself or others? Are you using God’s word as your protection? Are you trusting in God as you face the world. The victory is yours as you trust in Jesus the Word and Lamb of God.
Dear Heavenly Father give your people hope in your word once more to strengthen them in battle against your enemy in the battle. May your word continue on. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

Psalms 148:1-14 KJV
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.
2 Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.
3 Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.
5 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.
6 He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
7 Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:
8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:
9 Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
10 Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:
11 Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
12 Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: 13 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
14 He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.
Praise the Lord all of the heaven and the earth. One has to use a little imagination of praise to fully grasp the universe praising God. One way the universe praises God by doing exactly what it was design to do. Yet human’s seem to be the only thing God gave choice of serving Him or not is an untrue statement for the angels of heaven even follow Lucifer straight to hell.
Does the plants and stars have a choice. No they seem not to be able to change their future. These things praise the Lord by functioning as God designed them to. Yet a day does come when even the fallen angels and man will bow to the throne of God. The angels of darkness only bow by the force of God’s power, but the angels of God bow in submission and obedience to God. As human’s we can bow in submission or by the power of God alone.
Are you willingly submitting to God’s power or do bow only by the power of God. Make the choice to worship God freely today because of your love for God and it is a choice given.
Heaven and earth praise the Lord even when we do not. A part of praise is following in Jesus’ footsteps. Learning to serve as God designed us too. To learn to submit through belief and faith is an act of following God. Today is Sunday, a day to worship in corporate unity. Yet when you leave corporate worship are you still praising God By how you live.
Dear Heavenly Father thank you for teaching praise through your creation. To praise you through how you created us to be. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

Psalms 147:1-20 KJV
1 Praise ye the LORD: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.
2 The LORD doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
4 He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
5 Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
6 The LORD lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.
7 Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
8 Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
9 He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.
10 He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man.
11 The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
12 Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.
13 For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee.
14 He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.
15 He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth: his word runneth very swiftly.
16 He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.
17 He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?
18 He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
19 He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.
20 He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.
God reveals his ways to His people sounds like a secret that is not shared with the rest of the world. Yet God’s ways are revealed to the believer for God’s way is not received as being from God by the unbeliever for they believe not. Instead they look for reasons through science and history.
The Grace of God is to understand the judgment of God is on all nation whether through the hardship of hard winters or stormy seasons of spring through fall. The destruction of evil to the blessings to those that obey God. Yet it more then that. God gives revelations to his people and fore knowledge of things to come. Even in John 15 Jesus talked of the God’s children knowing there Father’s business.
One must learn to trust on God’s voice as He reveals the future. God reveal to Noah a great flood and to Abraham the promise land. To the world God sent the prophets to the heathen nation’s tell of the Messiah coming, as well as His people.
Let us seek God with our heart to know the mind of Christ. Not only how we should live but of prophesy of His coming. Let us be viligiant watchers and doers because of God’ s grace to fulfill both the promise of the Messiah in ancients time for our salvation, but also the promise yet to be fulfill.
Dear Heavenly Father teach us your ways and reveal to your people the reason things must happen. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

Psalms 146:1-10 KJV
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.
2 While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
4 His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
5 Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:
6 Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
7 Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:
8 The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
9 The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
10 The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
Until a person with no faith walks in the path of faith, he will not know but by observation the works and mighty acts of God. Until God proves to the loss his reality the will remain lost. The psalmist talked from a point of knowing God and knowing His mighty power to not only aid his people but to take the ways of evil men and turn into the works of God, for his glory.
When persecution and trouble comes to God’s people it will test their faith. To trust in God that He will deliver is a step of faith. One can not expect people to rescue them or deliver them, but the one that set their sights on the one that can deliver them for all eternity can rest in his promises, his name is our God, his name is Jesus. His name is Jehovah. God’s people can trust in his word, who came in the flesh to save us from our sins. Yet God is both God of Old and New Testament. The testimony of before Christ coming in the flesh is still with us today by the testimony of God’s Holy Spirit. The same Helper is with His people who will trust and put there hope in him.
Dear Heavenly Father, I put my trust and sights on you alone. Thank you for deliverance in my life. In Jesus precious name, Amen

Psalms 145:1-21 KJV
1 David’s Psalm of praise. I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
2 Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.
5 I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.
6 And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.
7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
8 The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
10 All thy works shall praise thee, O LORD; and thy saints shall bless thee.
11 They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power;
12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
13 Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.
14 The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.
15 The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season.
16 Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
18 The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
19 He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
20 The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.
21 My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
One theme that covered throughout scripture is the hope of those who call upon the Lord. The blessings of uplifting the name of the Lord.
To honor the Lord with praise is to thank the Lord for His mighty works from generation to generation as well as in your time of life.
As more talk of war in the news, I rather see peace and tranquility between our neighbors but is it possible only God almighty knows as well as the people of power. If it was left to the people, war would not exist, but the soldier knows the power of God in battle and peace. Even government’s know the blessing that come from obeying God. To seeking God in all circumstances, however has nation of the world forgotten the power in the name of Jesus or how to call upon him in troublesome times.
We need praise Lord and seek him in all truths and pray for only words be exchanged. That our trust and praise be to God and not man. That God be lifted up. In the book of Job at the last few chapters God’s mighty acts in the world is seen. Nothing to do with war, but the works of his creation. Let us glorify the Lord. Not dwell on the rumors of war, but God’s creation and blessings today
Dear Heavenly Father, thank for your blessings that are poured out on your people. In Jesus precious name Amen.

Psalms 144:1-15 KJV
1 A Psalm of David. Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:
2 My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.
3 LORD, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him!
4 Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passeth away.
5 Bow thy heavens, O LORD, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.
6 Cast forth lightning, and scatter them: shoot out thine arrows, and destroy them.
7 Send thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;
8 Whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
9 I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.
10 It is he that giveth salvation unto kings: who delivereth David his servant from the hurtful sword.
11 Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:
12 That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:
13 That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:
14 That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.
15 Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
David a man of God knew the value of serving God and the blessings of God on his nation. The Psalms begins with David as individual and the power of God in David’s own life during times of battle. David sees the awesomeness of God and wonder why He takes interest in man. Why with the power He does not consume man. God instead protects David so he is not consume by God’s children that are evil. God is seen as Father if the earth in the Psalms, even to disobedient children.
The enemy is the one that spreads lies. That spreads falsehoods if destruction. Their words do not glorify God or God’s nation. A true prophet could be in trouble though he does not lie he does not always speak blessings of God on a nation. Prophets speak destruction in hopes to turn a nation like the Prophets Jonah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel. Yet what the say is not a lie but a warning to the people to repent.
David spoke prophetically through the Psalms not about judgement but the blessings of God upon a nation. A God that took interest in the nation of Israel as well as nations around the world. Prophesy for blessing on daughters of Israel be cornerstones and men tender plants in youth. The gardeners be fruitful and the work animals be strong. Today in our world our prayer would be more of our home being anchors and tractors be well built to plow the fields. The blessing of God is for all nation’s that will serve Him.
Dear Heavenly pour out your blessings on your people, comfort those in places if destruction. In Jesus precious name Amen.

1 A Psalm of David. Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
2 And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified. 3 For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands. 6 I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
7 Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit. 8 Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
9 Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
10 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
11 Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble.
12 And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
It is harder to describe the emotions of David if one has never felt the world against them. Yet if you have felt the world against you then you know what David is feeling. David had always found his comfort in the Lord in the storms in Life.
David has a leader and even under Saul’ s reign had felt the opposition around him. He found solace in His God. Some people over weight find comfort in food. In fact there need for the comfort is so strong the over eat. Some people need there blanky/blanket for comfort. Babies need pacifiers. Some people turn to drugs and alcohol for comfort. Other people seek the comfort of others. Even if you have no need of comfort then the idea of tomorrow got to get better sooner or later, the idea is planted of hope.
David found hope in God by looking at the works of his hands in nature around him. Knowing that there was someone above the chaos in his life and could change it and his comforter is God.
To have friend in God is to know you can speak when ever need arises. Jesus declares God is sending the disciples another comforter in John 14-16. David is talking about the Holy Spirit, the same God David declares his woes and adoration too. God has to baptize his people to His Spirit. Jesus as God’s only begotten Son would baptize the disciples in the upper room in John 21. Yet the baptism in Acts is not lacking Jesus for He was the word of immersion of The Holy Spirit. He was prophetic word that came forth that would baptize all believers that would hear.
David knew the comfort of God it something that needs to be spoken about. God’s comfort is like no other. God knows the trouble spirit of mankind. Today and a few weeks ago the fall hurricanes has done damage along the borders of the south. Yet people can only hope to rebuild and clean up after the storm. The comfort they need is not just the hug of other humans but the comfort of God’s Holy Spirit that is gained by receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior. Jesus in David’s life had not come in human form to die on the cross yet. But David knew the hope of Jesus. He knew the promise of eternal life.
Receive Jesus today and know the hope of His Spirit that seals you upon belief giving one eternal salvation.
Dear Heavenly bring the comfort to the heart of your people. Give them hope of your eternity by your Spirit. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
