Psalms 46:10 KJV
10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Hebrews 2:3 KJV How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

Revelation 2:4 KJV Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

et my focus is that God is love. God is also more then love and more then the first love of a beleiver, but the eternal hope of his word that redeems us through his Son Jesus. Click here to read more….

Ephesians 4:18 KJV Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:

Four Days Off

Be back on the first of February if the creek don’t rise or the world ends as we know it. I am not quitting taking a break. Have not had one in a few months. Needed to do this earlier but did not. I wrote through chest pains, worked through family issue and will now I breathing and I decided maybe I still should take a few days off. Truth there is enough stuff hear to keep any reader searching and thinking on their own. Your Bible is still your best tool and best mediation source out there. For when we meditate and think on God’s word, God himself speaks to our hearts. If God took 7 day and rested and I never take a break, I am still not greater then God. Nor am I am his equal. I am a human person writting daily with not taking a break or the sense to take a break. Any pastor, minister, missionary will tell you there is always work out there to do. If I don’t go search for that work God will bring that work to me. What that means, God often reminds us a day off is sometimes a needed break but also a day of refreshing of one faith in Him. Jesus is the greatest gift He ever gave us, but it is the little gifts of refreshment that is exactly what we need.

I can not change the fate of an impeachment trial nor the state of our government to use fake news, or false timelines. If we examine the timeline in scripture of course of events in New Testament based on location where Jesus was and direction he was traveling, the panaramic view becomes a little richer, from what some writers thought important and gave a wide breath of the story and other stories given simple note or a part missed by another writer gives us the full or better picture. Each displaying a part of the story of faith that gives the panaromic view of Christ life. Take time just to open your Bible and read. There plenty online.

Cleansing Of The Temple

Daily Devotions by Christina Farris
1/27/2020
Mark 11:18 KJV And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.

The cleansing of the temple seems almost something a rebel would do. When God’s house looks more like a den of thieves then a house of God there is a problem occuring. Click here to read more….

Matthew 23:24-26 KJV
24 Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.

No matter who we are we make choices about others outward shell or the outward presentation but the inward part of the shell that carries the guts and intertrappings of the body tell the tail of health and well being. Click here to read more….

The Hypocrits

Daily Devotions by Christina Farris

Matthew 23:15 KJV Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

Jesus calling the hypocrites or is he only stating a fact. Pharisees were praying in widows house long prayers. If you ever done nursing home work, ever did visitation in ministry, or just took time to visit the elderly, some politeness is often faked, not out of fear but out of politeness and respect for one elders. Reprove

Daily Devotion by Christina Farris
1/23/2020

Ephesians 5:10 KJV Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

As you read this passage this morning I want you to consider two thoughts, how did Jesus in his ministery reprove unfruitful work of darkness and what is Paul really speaking about here to the church in Ephesus. Click here to read more…
