25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.
29 But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
30 And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
37 And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise. I often wonder where does the line get drawn between caring and aborting the aid. When do we care. I look at the stimulus package debate of that third stimulus package coming, second one was business, this one could be a third one in the works by the government. I know it only regular people second, but if they wanted a counting war it be a third stimulus package. I think of those in need of recovery from the harsh loss during the this pandemic, some will never full recover while others will they will pull up their boots and keep moving forward. I for one watch and see what will happen in our country. My own state governor and his wife is sick with Coronavirus. So say a prayer, because our leaders and thier family need it. The report is that they are doing okay at this point, only tested positive with mild symptoms. Say a pray as you do with all those in need of prayer for healing.
There is a point if aid or help is not given in sickness, or in financial recovery is it abortion of a life. Why am i writing in these terms this morning, they point is so many walk by and say those people will survive if you do not give them help and others are barely standing or crawling on the ground and people say let them die. Are they not a human soul. I seen videos online that would give a stark reality of true starvation. I miss a meal I am hungry, but I am not starving. I can not think of time when I had at least some form of meal in a day, but there are humans literally starving with no bread, rice or beans for days and people say die, or hunt food, or be food for the wild animal. These people have no strength to fight if they starving. Yet they need nourishment. It is that attitude of not caring is the attitude of hate or maybe I barely can't take care of my own needs from another, but what about those that can help, those that do and those that turn a blind eye. We can not turn a blind eye to the world around us, if we do despite this pandemic we will fail at helping others and in danger of being those abortionist of human life in need. No one thinks of abortion beyond the word baby, but think for a moment any human life you leave to die is a type of abortion of society.
In the story of the good samaritin we see two men that lived by the religious law of cleanness to the point when they seen the man in the ditch on one side crossed over to make sure they came in no contact with the man in the ditch that needed help. Yet a third man, a stranger and outcast from society willing went and helped the man in the ditch and care for his wounds. The man had been robbed and beat up. He was laying in a ditch in need of care. The first two were aborting the man by selection, and the third man went to save the man's life. Even going beyond his call of duty of paying the innkeeper to take care of the man that been found in the ditch. He even placed the man on his donkey and lead his donkey to the inn. He could of dragged him down the road to the inn, or just gone and got help, but he seen the man and had compassion.
We all seen hungry people and sometimes are stirred of how can we help, or we see a wreck and know the best help is those on the rescue team to help, but sometimes even heros are born by act of courage to rescue someone in distress before rescuers can arrive. We have to ask what is our duty. Our first duty of man according to God's ten commandments was to love him, and then to love your neighbor, this summoned up the whole ten commandments, and the lawyer even agreed with this. But his question came who is my neighbor? Who should I help, who do I lend a helping hand too. That helping hand is those before you in need. Sometimes we can do little to help someone, but what if we can do more, what if we can provide a cot, or a hot meal, Maybe we can bandage the hurt of this world for a moment. If we can do neither, we have to ask, what else can we do. We can pray and help someone seek the help they need with tools we have. Sometimes we have to take percaustions on helping people, but that where wisdom of this world comes in and prayer.
If we choose a person unworthy of help and beat them with a stick, or whip them with a whip. One trick some do is when a person is seeking a tool they give them the wrong one so that it breaks. Costing them more money instead of helping them locate the right tool to buy. They rather charge them double for one item they really needed, this is abuse in society. There other things people do and that mockery of the poor, or say your unworthy, or your poor you do not need that your a waste of human flesh. What you have to ask who made you a dr of abortion of those struggling. Who made you abortionist of those in need. Who gave those bigots the right to judge another situation?
Some people are truly doing the best they can, and others well in truth they are lazy, but is it your place to judge them and abort them in your society. Psychological these people do more harm then good to society. People understand the language of bigots and abortions of people that hate and snub another in need. The language is real. Yet some say no it does nto exist, yes it does. It those people that need to be ask who made you a judge and abortionist of human life.
If a person has ten percent survival rate and is on oxygen maybe it time to pull the plug, unless their known cases of survival. There is some suffering that prolonged and other that is not. We have to ask ourselves do we prolong what will eventually come, will if we did that no one would live. No survival and the best survival rate of human life, good or bad. Why because people deserve a chance. The priest thought helping this man that looked near dead perhaps would make them unclean in God's eyes, no when they fail to do what they could do for this man made them unclean in God's eyes. What more important our own holiness, or loving our neighbor with a helping hand. To care for those in need, and those that need extra help.
Today I ask are you abortionist of those in need or are you a good samaritan caring for those in need, that are not at the present able to help themselves. Decide to day what type of neighbor you are, an abortionist or a Samaritan. You are either minister of faith or you work for the devil. Your works are known by God. Remember this today, you either abort people or you help people. There no middle ground. Yes there is times we all have to walk away from situations that can not be fixed by our ability, but do pray til God answer the need of this person.
Dear Heavenly Father help us to be that good samaritan in times of need of those in our nation. Help us see not only the need but the solution to help. Lord also give us wisdom when we help others not always that door mat mentality, but the helpers through first prayer and then direction from you. Lord one more request for our governor of the state of Virginia and his wife this morning that you will strengthen their bodys and heal them. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
