The Son of God was revealed to Satan and to John the Baptist and those in attendance at the baptism of Jesus. What is occuring is after that time who would reveal who Jesus is or the son of God is but God himself. Satan knew not the Son of God until the day he tried to tempt Jesus and Jesus revealed his true identy. At the baptism of Jesus the Father declared who Christ was as being his Son whom He is will pleased. Jesus had seen Satan fall from heaven. When did Satan fall occur when man fell in the garden. Now in the passage seventy disciples of Jesus returned rejoicing because the enemy had no power over the authority in Jesus name. If you have not experienced the power of God in your life yet, imagine for a moment the power of God giving one authority to claim his power in his Son's name. If you are a believer you know the power of Jesus name. These men and women had seen the enemy flee, they seen people healed and delivered from all sorts of diseases. Today if the church would exercises the power of the name of Jesus how many would truly be sick if you can get the fakers from walking down tthe isle from allowing those that are sick to be healed, they would see a miracle first hand. Churches claiming healing need to cast those demons out of those fakers. Allow those in body that need healing to come forward.

The power of the name of Jesus is still for today, the power of healing is a gift of the Holy Spirit. Some people seem to be more gifted in some areas then another. The point being, if Jesus gave the power to step on serpents and scorpions, and over the enemy, then we need not rejoice in the power itself but rejoice that your name is written in the book of life. Truth is you can not see miracles and demons flee without being a born again believer, whose name is written in the Lamb's book of life. Why should I not rejoice in the power given to heal, and deliver. Simple this the power is gift of God, not to be confused with the gift giver, or the promise to those that have the power to demonstrate these gifts. Sign of believers will follow. My healing doesn't make me necessarily a believer, the sign of the believer is the demonstration of the power of God in their life. That super christian can not forget the power of God moving in their life. It is something etched on their hearts because they know they are a child of God and they are going to heaven because if people can be healed by the name of Jesus, prophesy coming to pass, love being demonstrated when love hurts most, joy overflowing, and knowledge and wisdom even demonstrated in godly matters. All there things are a testimony of the believer. Yet when a believer is broken down by the world, they fail to recognize the power of God in their life.

For the believer that never fallen since salvation it hard perhaps to understand someone that slips and falls after experience the work of God in their life. Yet sometimes God hardens the heart of the believer long enough to demonstrate his love is greater even for those that fall away in the since of not unbelief but how they live their life. One can not backslide out of faith, one can backslide in life style. The choice of living for God verse living in humanity the way of humans, not regard the fact we are called to be peculiar people unto good works. A people that follow Him, in faith and in action. How come faith is never gone, because even the devil believes and trembles but his work is evil. It is with mankind that believe but do not follow in action the work of Christ, they are no more then a devil until they decide to follow Jesus not just to believe.

The cost of following Jesus means not everyone is going to be your friend. Some are your enemy without knowing you. Yet the blessing of God when following in the footsteps of Jesus is the glory road of seeing the power of God happening in the lives of people you minister too and your own. What are the signs of faith of those going forth in ministry the work of God is clearly seen in their life. Many may want the lime light even the sorcer that became a believer name Simeon in Acts 8 learn first hand the power of God was not for him to control or use for money. Are minister in sin for be paid, no God's servants do not live on the word of God alone, or even bread, God's people need cash to live on. Every minister is worthy to be paid by their church or another church that is sponsering their work. The type of money Simeon wanted to make was for the road show act. He thought he could buy the gift of God like one would a magician or parlor trick. There are ministers out there that think they can buy someone's testimony and use it on the road to draw a crowd, it will only bring the crowd of believers and curious spectators, but it can not be part of act, it should be a part of sharing faith, how God moved in the individual life of a believer, Christ must be glorified. Sometimes what share is not the road show but how God is still moving in our personal life.

For example this month and last have been a hard months for me, because I knew this sprain set me back a few more months from looking for a job, til it heals completely. As it heals I know God is in control. I know that He provides, so I do worry to much about finances or things of this matter. I just wonder sometimes how it will all work out. The waiting on God is sometimes understanding it is going to be God's way and not ours. I still typing and the site is still running. God is good, because he still blessing me daily and weekly despite what comes. How God is blessing through his word and through the hope of promise of yet not seen, but known through prophesy. Fourth day of the countdown to thanksgiving would be thanking God my name is written down in his book of life, not because of anything I could do, but the hand of Jesus extended at the cross, in faith and hope of his word through his gifts of the Holy Spirit in my life. I believe God will take care of this foot in faith, I like it to be instance, but right now it is not. So I give God the glory for what He will do in my life and what He has yet to accomplish in my life on earth.

God reveals who Christ is to you, when you struggling with question of His lordship, Sonship, and even faith. Why because in truth God wants to reveal all things to his children of faith, and to those searching for truth of who He is. Doubts are normal, struggles are normal, but the greatest tool we have as a believer, is His word that is suppose to flow through us, not us through it. God's spirit is to work in us, not us work God. God wants to pour out His Spirit freely on us, not for us to use, but us to be able to follow God's lead in our life and His power to flow in our life as a part of our life.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank for the revelation of Jesus Christ in our hearts, that we can know your power through faith, but also that by the signs that follow us that we are saved. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
