What makes people believe the Bible? Is hope enough to believe God's word. Do we understand what lies in the facet of gaining hope, the fact destruction of evil man must come so the things of destruction in this world we live must come to pass as scripture has declare it. There was a question by one that said is there even enough human resource to believe the fact to whether something is true or not. Then I have to ask a question: What the last thing you did you knew was questionable in whether it was right or wrong? Who was your witness? Hopefully no one if it was a very bad thing, but without witness of good things you did, how can you be sure you did something good. Now everyone get their selfie cams and go around filming all the good things they do and some will even film the bad they and others do. Many people will see the video as proof until the video is examined for editing. Yet if the film catches not your good deed, no one else will know but you and the other person you helped. The word of God has many witness but no one knows if God's word is dependable? No the witness of God moving in God's people are more like God provided, God delivered and God brought about a miracle in a individual's life, yet our proof seems shallow at times. I ask then if your proof is shallow, how much water/word is not being used in our world today.

This pandemic as caused people to trust in science above God in some places even into our government leaders. They trust in the technology of evidence they can produce from human resource evaluation. To them some people are just going to have to die they say because their not enough medical or equipment to go around. People think if this is so what hope is there to survive. If they look at science to long the technology and human resource to care for individuals is not going to improve it will get worse. Join the military they say and young men join looking for a way to get a better job, once out of service. Some find they can not enter their job choice because of their experience. Yet we have nurses shortage they just go and recruit more nurses and even doctors never thinking that there ever be a true need for more, then what comes to join those teams on a regular bases. We know as americans hospital and great medical teams prove their ability to access the situation even if is not enough equipment to go around.

What proof do we have in this day and age of mass survival by the power of God. Makes me wish I did not get my cov-19 shot. No that would be a poor decision with my health issues that only God has been able to heal me of. When I say take your vaccine it is not to down play God ability because he created those scientist with knowledge and we can not forget this. However God also gave us common sense to know when what being told to us there is something not right.

What then if we hear God is going to create a new heaven and earth how can we believe God. Is there evidence that we can see today. The evidence is not hear in the since of science, but it is in the since of faith. Science can only see what it own hypothesis and visible evidence will display. Can science prove Bible scholars of old talking about New Heaven and a New Earth is possible. They look to the stars and look at Mars.

Yet Mars is only another planet, part of our universe and part of our heavenly sky. How can there be a new heaven and a new earth. God when he created, spoke the word and light happen. God molded/formed and he created, and God even breath life into man, a human body intricately made and designed to be placed in his garden. Where did God's garden come from, no Bible scholar has and answer for it, or whether it was part of even our universe as we know it.

What we do know is God said his people with be in the New Jerusalem coming down from heaven with his Son. What we do not know is the hour or day he will return. What we do not completely understand is how this new heaven and earth will hover over our own earth and sit under our heaven, to watch it all be destroyed and yet we are protected in this new place. Revelations declares that the sea will pass away along with the heaven and the earth. Yet Jeremiah declare that his priest, and kings will be able to look down on the earth and see the horrors of the destruction and the eternal lake of fire where the rest of the dead will be. Most of us even if we have not seen it can imagine a fire ball, but not a bubble of protection and outside the bubble is a place of destruction. Then we look to a new heaven and New earth that fadeth not away and dwells righteousness along. A place of hope and not despair, a place of faith and no unbelief. For science these things are impossible, but for a believer all things are possible to them that believe. Where is your hope this morning resting in faith, or in science. Yes destruction seems to be present, but even I do not believe this pandemic going on will last as we know and understand it by science today. I think science will ever be changing its view on the pandemic, but God's view and panaromic view of our future never changes. He has hope that we will come to faith in his Son, and if not then we will no longer be with God but be part of his destruction plan.

His word is thought to only bring about life from the beginning of creation, but He is the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, so his word has an end and a beginning. His ending is about destruction and word that begins is about life eternal. Where are you today. Are you willing to believe in God and allow science only to be evidence of those things that God declares by his word to his saints through prophecy, or only allow hypothesis to reign that our world only needs to grow fruit and vegetables on another planet and ship us there like Noah's ark in hopes of a better life and less disease. I believe God because of miracles in my life, because from the day of my salvation I knew Jesus loved me and was in my heart, I knew love through countless times of protection in my life even though countless times I experience real pain, agony and sorrow. Where is your faith. Yes we need science but science is not God and science will not always be able to solve every crisis in our life. Jesus is the one we go to when we need help. God uses his power to enable science, doctors and nurses to do work to give hands up and not always a hand out.

Dear Heavenly Father help us to trust you from the evidence of your word being present throughout history and through the life of the believers as recorded in your word and testified even in the church world today. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
