Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. What is the peace of God, His offering of His Son that whosoever believeth in him would be saved. Peace offering the word of truth. This will be brief this morning but I want you to think for a moment if you are saved is the war with God over upon faith in Christ, then if it is let us rejoice and again let us say rejoice, for is not a war with family, with friends, with neighbors not enough turmoil in one's life that peace with God sounds delightful, and no more worry about our relationship or connection to him because it solved with faith in Christ Jesus, receiving his sacrifice as a gift and turning from sin.
Our aggravation our frustrating day we can rest in the knowledge of our faith that Jesus is still the same yesterday, today and forever. He is the Prince of Peace, He is the auhor and finisher of my faith and hopefully yours. When you are in trouble you allow God intervention. The other day it was if someone prayed for me, and the Holy Spirit intervened in the situation at hand. I not use to feeling the Spirit in that way, but I know that the Holy Spirit intervention is for a reason. God knows the reason. When I stop my anger, the solution came and the problem solved. Our world often feel like chaos, but our spiritual life can be at peace in the mist of the storm in our life. When Paul wrote the Philippian church the church to be prayerful in everything and to give supplication with thanksgiving, and to let your request be made known to God.
We can learn to pray before the trouble, before the storm, during the storm and after the storm by the Holy Spirit God's intervention will be in the storm, it doesn't mean it be less a storm, but He will showing you he is fighting and working with you in the storm. Your not alone, in your reaction, or your emotion, Try to hold your peace, try and stay calm and know that when you fail you have not failed with God, because your relationship with God is secure with faith in Christ Jesus. He is the anchor of the soul.
Dear Heavenly Father give us your peace in the storm of life, no matter where the water is surging with the wind, let you Spirit guide and direct your children in the ways of peace. Help us in the storm.

For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,
Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.
And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
