Revelation 19:1-21 1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: 2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. 3 And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. 4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. 5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. 6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. 17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; 18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. 19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Everyone wants to talk about the final war from heaven. The Great Feast of the Lamb. The great supper of the Great God is for the birds. No not mephorically, a reality. Those who never seen the buzzards swarm over head have no comprehension unless by reading what this means. It is about the birds coming to feast on those that are dead. I can not help but imagine other beastly animals of nature not dining as well, but it only mentions the birds dining. Let us back up for a moment, who is it that these birds are feasting on. Yeah if you eating breakfast or lunch this might not be the image you want, or hope for. Yet it is the image we need to understand who is left behind, but the ones that knew not Christ, nor knew his name, and He is/was called the Word of God. What has happened in Society when we know not the Messiah name, or the one returning name as being the Christ, Jesus, Emmanual/Immanual, King of Kings and Lord of Lords.The saints are in heaven. How much time as passed, I am not sure at this point. For those that are taken up to be with the Lord has left those others behind to face the final war from heaven. Has the church failed to tell the whole story of Christ and His return. Have we failed to tell such a marvelous story that even children that are not of our faith do not know it. Look at social media, look at the movie industry, and look at the vast way of proclaiming the Gospel and yet there will be those left behind that have no clue of Christ name. Okay can not think of who the guy name that dies in Braveheart in the end. Yet he was a warrior in Scotland. The point being the image of hero dying marked me, but the name escaped me. Jesus name is marked on my brain and He died for us and is living should be mark on believers to share it so the name is remember for a long time. That perhaps for a time even those left behind will remember for a moment. No God's Word reigns and we know that no one knew HIs name. It is the prophesy of which will come. Jesus, Lord of Lords and King of Kings, Emmanuel/Immanuel(God with us) how can his name so precious not even be known among the heathens what has occurred. Who is remaining, who is left behind. Even the devil know Christ name. Yet there is a feast upon the earth of dead kings and people that know not God or His Son, not even the Holy Spirit. All God's children that are believers are with Him, with His Son. His eyes are as a flaming fire and his head had a crown with many crowns. His sash/vesture was dipped in blood and he sat on a horse called faithful and true. His clothes were white and out of his mouth proceed a sword that would smite/kill the nations. By His Word would he kill the nations not of God. Those that were in heaven knew who Jesus was and they called Him the Word of God. The saints are with Jesus when the final death comes to the heathen. The saints are with Jesus and they know who He is and they worship him. Those that believe this morning know the hope of the final war and the meaning of the supper feast of the Lamb. The declaration of faith and belief in Christ for all that are lost is to receive by faith that Christ will return, He died and rose again for their sins, and the hope is through belief with repentance/turning away from sin. Holding to the hope of faith of His return. You do not have to be in church to have faith, you do not have to be about to die to receive salvation, you do not have to wait for saving, for salvation is for today. It is not for those left behind for the supper feast of the Lamb. It is not for the final war for you to receive Christ. If repentance can come at the time of destruction then God is more merciful then He ever has been. For the sword has declare destruction of those left behind. In truth the hope of the saints is throughout the Gospel, throughout scripture the entire word of God. The battle can not be won without the word of God being present. And the word has become flesh, so even if all the Bibles are destroyed before the final war, The Word still exist and is coming coming back to earth. If you keep reading Revelations you discover that for the healing of the nations comes the knowledge of the word of God from the fruit from the tree of life. The nations of God is abled to be healed even now if they will only believe in Christ Jesus the Word of God from beginning to end. All nations are represented in the book of God, all nationalities are in the book of God. You have to do a little digging to find each group of people. Yet we are all there. The migration of people we lost that history that even heritages are being traced back to Noah as far as a nation, not so much always individually. Why is the universalism even important, to know everyone has and is a part of the plan of God no matter if you are a believer or not. Truth you do not want to be the meat of the birds. You want to be the one of the ones returning with Christ, our story has no ending but continues, it the movie without end, better then any soap opera out there. Better then any mystery or action film, and one worth living for, but we ourselves have no power to do so, but God gives us the power to live for eternity with Him through belief in his Son. Today is the day of salvation for you and me. Today is the day of belief, not when one is being left behind to pay the conquences of those that would not pass the word along to the next generation of the hope in Christ. God's mercy for the lost is not eternal. After all judgment comes upon our own death. Do you have hope this morning. We need the hope of eternity. We need to see the next chapter of faith to see the hope of eternal chapter of eternity with God. Dear Heavenly Father, give us the hope of salvation by simpling believe Christ died and rose again, forgive us of our sins, and help us to live for you because you died and rose again, fill us with your Spirit to teach us how we should live and follow after you.
