Does God call us to be suffer for our faith? In John 15 the word is perceived ("perceived we the love of God") The reason is "he laid his life down for us, that we should lay our life down for our brethren". Yet what is observed that there many in need but stop showing compassion. Does God dwell in this person? Are we looking to be people carrying crosses, or people of love. With Virginia new guidelines, many workers will be returning to work. The answer of when is not known to me. However with new measurers to protect, what I fear is there be some not examining their own safety. Here is my point the antedote for Corona is deadly to some people, to others it is a life saver. Meaning for some with certain allergies this is a deadly drug. If you know you have allergies to the cure, do not think sacrifice is better then treatment. It might sound silly to some, because hopefully soon there be other oppositions. But until then the cure is worse then the virus.

Love is sometimes being real with concerns and issues. Most people know if they are allergic to a chemical already to look it up to check if it is in a medicine, but sometimes it is overlooked, even by medical staff. Who needs to be asked, the doctors and nurses. If we think we going to live like Daniel, when he did not stop obeying the laws of the land until it affected his ability to pray in his home with his window open.

The question is not if we sacrifice for faith, it more of are we loving outside the church in our communities. Sometimes we can not buy someone a loaf of toast, or help a person in some small way. What is love? Love is not fear. Many people love out of fear, that not love. That the time of love that is only because they know if they do not the person will be evil towards them. It is the fear of a bully that one submits to his bully's whim. If our president says we can not worship we have to ask us, does he because he wants us not to bow to God, or for another reason. President Trump on a personal level wants to see churches open he says. But what if he cast a fear to prevent us from attending church when no fear should of been?

God is bigger then us and can squash us like an we squash an ant. Yet God requires us to love him like we do others. When Christ came, he came to demonstrate peace to the world and we retaliate with killing Jesus. We did not demonstrate love or hope, instead the crowd sang out crucify. The world still sings crucify to those that are less fortunate, need a hand up, or a hand out. Those that love either been there or have compassion of God on those in need.

The Love of God is not carrying the torch of suffering for others but carrying the torch of love. If you got two coats give one to someone else in need, or is you got a loaf of bread and someone hungry give them bread also. Sharing is love. No one ask you to let your family starve. God only requires one to share. What the cost of a cup of coffee for missions that can stretch further then thought possible when used by a group of people. What the value of clean clothing handed down or even bought new for someone? it easy to help a neighbor if we look around at our own ability. Yet the group of believers can do even more. But God does not requiring sacrifice, except for a sacrifice of praise to him. If you can only praise God that should be suffice, and if you can give more then do so with love, compassion and hope. Do so with the word of God that speaks grace as Christ showed love to the people he minister too. That all God ask of us to do in faith. To love others because Christ loved us. To love Christ because he first loved us.

Dear Heavenly Father, help us to people of love more then sacrifice of suffering for you. Help us to see the difference of standing up for faith and being a door mat of bullying to others. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
