Judges 13:1-5 KJV
1 And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD delivered them into the hand of the Philistines forty years.
2 And there was a certain man of Zorah, of the family of the Danites, whose name was Manoah; and his wife was barren, and bare not.
3 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.
4 Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing:
5 For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.

The ministers God's sends with a message of a deliver for Israel would be born and Manaoh's wife had been chosen to bare this child despite her inability to conceive in the past. God speaks though spiritual beings and the word angel can be a minister or preacher.

God sent Philip to speak to the Eunuch we understood who he was. That he went as a minister and by the Spirit who Jesus was and to bring a Eunuch into the family of God.

It is God that sends messengers whether angels/spiritual beings or human running to and fro across the earth. Whether it spiritual or physical deliverence God is instructor of it all.

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for the Holy Spirit and the fact you still send messengers to and fro through the earth for physical and spiritual deliverence. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

39 And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.
40 But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.
