Proverbs 1:8-10 KJV
8 My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother:
9 For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.
10 My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.

If I go back forty years what advice have I taken when I left my fathers house. Be sometimes like you just have to plow through and work a little harder next time. Dont give up. If I could count the dont give up comes to mind it would be not a word in my vocabulary but a process of action no longer a phrase either. It is something we learn as children that is often practiced but as one gets older one does it in robotic action. If your online long enough to check one ID they ask are you a robot. The things they make you do is a robotic action. God never called us to be robots but to learn to follow his leadership. One of many people in life that is a considered a good role model is often called daddy or papa. When is read we looking many times as a believer or will be follower. We looking often from a familyline not of perfection but other believers. Do believer have mixed up families. Different father's, different family unit. In scripture there were leaders with many wives. The family of many wives is not in practiced but in certain groups. The A typical family has siblings. Yet other families like Timothy may of been the only child of a mother and father.

If pattern the family unit we see many men havimg more then one wife. The instruction of proverbs does not declare how many sons are being instructed. What we see is the person looking at a young lad giving instructions to carry and pass on to the next generation.. The instructions are to stay away from sin and follow God's rules. To obey those in charge of your life as a young person.

Dear Heavenly Father on this Father's day I ask you to bless those that obey you and chase not after sin In Jesus precious name, Amen.
