Matthew 24:37-51 KJV
37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

How many try and predict when Christ will come. They show the signs in scripture. A doctor can estimate when a patient might die but they seldom can tell you the exact time of death will be. Sometimes the body just a little stronger then a doctor thinks. One way they can tell is through blood test and bacteria levels in the blood stream but occassionally the body overcomes death.

Would euthanasia for animal end suffering. Would medicine ease pain. Medical eases the discomfort of a patient. Yet no full proof it will help. But does death by choice make sense. You maybe playing God and your life may not be over because you say it so. If God is sovern and he knows he knows the hour of the great capture. God knows the hour our bodies will depart even death by his will not ours. His word brings you home if you will believe and trust him.

Days like Noah it was like a wreck and people on the street watching the ship go far from shore and rain coming down and the realize they are about to drown. Noah is safe inside with the door sealed shut by the hand of God, but those on shore with the water coming up are drowning as the ship sails away. As a believer we pass/sail from this life into the next one with God and Christ Jesus by His Spirit because of spiritual birth. When the trumpet sounds and Christ appears we are taken upward to meet him in the sky. He will come like a thief in the night.

Scripture says Two are in the field and one is taken, two womem be grinding refering to the process wheat and corn is made useable for bread. Process might have equipment for grinding not just a flat stone and a rock today but it still is women working side by side to get the task done. It about one being saved and one being unsaved. One unsaved is left behind.

Waiting for a thief if one knew the time would he not lay a trap and a bad man of a house would not care when the thief came. Yet we know those waiting, hoping and are praying that they will be found worthy because of faith in Christ. Those unbelieving or believers that are found lacking in faith. They are lip servers but are not heart seeker or believers who will allow the thief to steal not They will fine their works lacking and their souls sliding to fiery pit because one they believe not. The workers were demonstrate how good they could be. They care not about the things of God or about spiritual things of God.

Dear Heavenly Father may your word be binding and your Spirit seal be on the door of our heart. Help us put and keep our trust in you by faith and put our trust in your word(who is Christ Jesus in the flesh), Jesus precious name, Amen.
