1 Corinthians 2:5 KJV
5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

How should our faith Stand? If our faith stands by man's power it is a forcified faith of man and not in the power and ability of God. Many control groups that do not allow individuals the freedom of thought or idea fall into a trap of people following God based on this is our faith and this is what we do on Saturday or Sunday worship, and this not exempting other activities for the group of people durong the week. I heard someone say they go to their religious leader which was a religious man and no one else whem they have a religious question and that is okay if you are trying not to break religious law or mandidate set by your group. At some point you have to lay legalism down and decide what your faith/belief in God is all about. Let not forget to ask who is Jesus who died and was raised back to life by the power of God and called for all to look to Jesus. Not in man's wisdom but in the power and the wisdom of God. Knowing by faith we to will rise up.

Faith if believed is to be shared and not hidden. It is to be spoken about. After 55 years of Bible do you think I want another book to read. Then one needs to examine there own walk of faith and ask have you seen the power of God move in your life beyond understanding the power of God in Christ's birth, death, and resurrection.This is something all believers can testify is God's power to save their soul and the cross of Jesus and his resurrection, but is there more.

The power of God did not stop at Christ's ascension but continues in our world today. The salvation plan unfolded by God for all mankind to see but faith continues from the basics of salvation as far as knowing his power to save our soul by his design and power. God's power manifesting first in the believer's heart for salvation and in the journey of a believer.

Dear Heavenly Father let us experience first with salvation and then through out our journey your saving marvelous grace. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
