1 John 3:7-17 KJV
7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.
13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

Son of God was created to destroy the works of the devil. Devil had sin since the beginning. We know man was created after the beast but if Christ be from the begining was he created before the devil and the answer is yes. Though reading the verses in 1John 3 one might assume otherwise. When was the word first created that became the Son of God in the flesh. God word always was with him and he did create the heavens and the earth by his word. God created man came after the devil was created. Meaning Salvation given to man at time of his creation came with hearing and obeying. God's get out jail free card came before the need to be free arose. Cain was blessed by the Spirit with the warning not to carry out his thoughts but he sinned never receiving the blessing to the saving of his soul. One can givr a warning to a child of potential danger of a hot stove; but to stop a child from learning the stove is hot might take personal experience.

Cain lost the blessing of God's word. Then he was cast out of God's sight but he was blessed with offspring and a city and God's protection. God left the transgressor of sin alive but no way of coming back. Despite Cain's sin he flourished by the work of his hands. God salvation no longer offered to Cain. If God still offering you still have hope. Righteous does not come by only belief of God's word but taking God's word and obeying it because of choice to do so. Lamach knew Cain's pumishment after killing and killed leaving him wondering what God would do to him(Genesis 4).

As a believer I have I heard God's Spirit instructions. Did God's instruction protect me? I wonder how many believers will say God's protection does not mean pain does sometimes occur. Why would God allow his people to suffer. Then we look at the cross at Christ"s suffering. We see our hope may come with a price when we are a living witness for him. How I know is by experience but also scripture speaks of the cross of the maryters and those that suffer for the cross. Every believer that looses a love one due to the work of the devil(murder) will mourn and faces emotional pain. Those who have been beaten and are stone to rise and continue that felt each bruise as Paul did to only gain knowledge that believers were left not only behind because of the event of Paul's testimony of persecution but he was welcomed to preach there when passing through that region.

Abel price would of grieved Adam and Eve but more offspring came forth. Seth their third known child would worship God. What is my point despite Cain sin God still was worshipped by people of faith.

We can not live in a state of hate to love God or others. We can desire to kill and say we love God. Our first reaction maybe desire for evil but is it sin. Our mindset can not remain in a desire to sin. When we allow God to have his way in our heart our choice will be do it God's way and love.

When people are not willing to listen and obey God all sorts of revenge is plotted. All sorts of evil is manifested before the world. It is the way of the devil not God. When God's people choses not sin but submission to God's way they find his grace sufficient.

Are choice as a believer not to sin in certain circumstances come by the strength and by the power of God. Even our own reaction might surprise us, why because we choose to do it God's way and we may of seen the second choice of sin at our door.

Our ability to love comes from his love for us. His love infiltrates our hearts when he enters in. His love consume us just like his wrath amd revenge will fall on the day of judgment on the sinner. We sin not because our belief was our part of God's covenant with man our faith is in Christ who he commanded us to look to has part of his new covenant with man.

Dear Heavenly Father continue to teach your children to love despite our cross because of your son's whose name is Jesus example because of your will for his life to love despite the sins of the world. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
