Matthew 13:47-52 KJV
47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
51 Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

I heard a preacher say once you only need 10 good sermons. Why 10 and not more. I began to ponder this when there so many stories in scripture that many minister only get to preach 156 sermons in a year. If ypur moving around from church to church only ten good sermons for a revival might be enough if you are preaching ten days. However revivals might only be part of a week. What was meant their ten important sermons within scripture. Ten important things must be study. One who God is; 2. all have sinned and fall short the glory of God; 3 God so loved the world; 4. Matters not your race creed or age that important for Christ died for all sinners; 5. Saved by faith; 6. Not by our works we are saved it is a gift; 7. Confession of faith; 8. Sanctification; 9. Eternal hope; 10. Christ return to yet to come.

Today message is about are you a fish cast out or one fit for the frying pan. I didnt see that in any of those above topics. The topic are you sanctified and fit for the Master's use. I do not know how many ocean fishermen use nets still today, but the fish caught is still picked through to see which fish will be kept. I not sure what they look for in a good or bad fish. However I know we represent the fish that the angels pulls out and decide which are good and which will be tossed and disgarded from the good fish. God going to use the good fish in a frying pan. Meaning we are fit for God's use in the fire where we not burnt but cooked to perfection in faith to aid the lost souls that watch the fires of our life. Those flames of the enemy cant hurt us but the flames of the enemy heats that frying pan. We grow in the grace of God, who seasons us and tenderly allow the heat to cook us for his service. Jesus was tempted but of course he fully season and the flames could not burn him. When God says it is time to eat we taken from the frying pan to the banquet table and find the banner over us is love as we feed the lambs and sheep of God. When priest take put there treasures they bring out both old and new.
