24 And he put the candlestick in the tent of the congregation, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.

Candlestick uses in cermonies, used for romance and not least to light one's path. I got to thinking about lights how man has tamed electricity that still as a bite when missed used or a wire is damaged. Why was John vision of Christ not with modern lights. Candles are often lit in memory of a lost love one. Christ is standing in the throne room built and designed by him.

The candles in scripture often only representing or giving off light in one area or another based on location. Yet in Revelations the candle sticks represented the seven churches. Seven churches giving light of who Christ is and worship of God(Father, Son and Holy Spirit). The offspring of the church is like stars held in Christ's hand. Though only God by Christ Jesus can produce a church. only God can produce the stars. The stars and the candlesticks fit in the palm of our Savior's hand.

Dear Heavenly Father remind us that you word can be symbolic or just action of our leaders of faith. Our leaders can place us in a worship center but it through faith in you we learn to trust and worship you. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
