20 Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.
21 In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.
22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.
23 If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?
24 But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all:
25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.
26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. 28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.
29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.
31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.
33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
36 What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only?
37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.
39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues.
40 Let all things be done decently and in order.

I going on with the discussion of the early church. The weakness and strengthes of the early church. The early church the evangelist Philip had four virgin daughter that prophesied. Speaking of the purity of Philips daughters. In the continual scripture study below is Paul speaking to the Corinthian about the silencing of women in the church because of women that prophesied the answer is no. In fact Philip not in Corinthian but in Caesarea. What is known of Corinthian it is the city of Goddess Diana. The worship of a god or godess often influence the inside of the church in a bad way. Christianity is not a pagan god or goddess. Our worship is to be orderly with reverence to God, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

I wanted to bring up the subject of tongues again thought it was address when speaking on Pentecoste because of the language confusion. How do you learn to teach something if you never experience something, it hard too at times. Yet somethings easier then others. One has to go through the fire sometimes allowing purging to happen in our heart and soul. If you never seen tongues no one else understood you never seen a church service of confusion. If there is no interpretation there needs to be silence. If it tongues with interpretation there needs to be interpretation. The warning that Paul is giving the early church is for two purposes. Men teachers and leaders were talking mainly to group of men or just one man. It not that they did not want to talk to the women. In fact Paul ministers to a group of women when he talked to Lydia and the women at the river. Paul even stay with Lydia. Lydia was probably some type of nobility that her character was never in question.

What happens in bilingual culture in the world no one speaks to strangely unless they are mental, usually the langauge is to discuss trade goods with interpretation or for communication. We all hum and even sing a chorus of song with our own do da das from time to time when we forget the lyrics. No one in culture world minds it. Put that in the church and it will go viral for sure.

As believers which way should we be falling forward in prostrated fashion before God because of conviction of the Spirit in our heart bringing us to our knees. Some church are massaging the demonic spirit without correction. Whether it be tongues or whether it be falling down in the presence of the Holy Spirit. I going to speak about my own life. My call from God came to fruition really about 20 years ago. It does not mean I was not serving God or helping people when I could, it more about what God was doing in my life at the moment by removing my pain but also cleansing my heart, my soul in preparation for rededication of faith in my life. My husand and I in unison purged our home of anything that did not belong scriptureally speaking. A cleansing began in my heart. No one instructed my husband and I but God himself. Looking back I realize God preparation for what was to come. It is easy to allow the world to corrupt us as a people. I began to preach. I realized all those years of reading and studying scripture really had value. I even had stop reading the Bible for a time. God able to raise us up in the time of our life when he called us as individuals for his purpose and for his honor and glory. I think of Gideon return to his home to continue in his daily life after war. God had called him up for a purpose. Mary the mother of Jesus after the ascension did life changed for her, she was no long Jesus mother in a since, though she always would be, nothing would ever changed that fact. Her life was changed forever. I believe religious history teaches Mary taught the women. Huldah the prophetess was a keeper of the wardrobe at the college in the Old Testament(2 Chronicles 34:22) and men came to her and they went and taught others scripture. Educating the men to be able to go forth at a time when they need someone to explain the scrolls they found in the temple they were cleaning. These men and women never imagined being called up perhaps beyond the preparation God was doing in their life prior to the event that we not always privileged too. God speaking to Samuel, and Jeremiah when young. Calling David up as a boy/young man. Mary called at a young age. Samson mother spoken to by angel in the open field. The harlot Rahab time coming with the preparation of the fear of God in her life for she had heard the stories of the Israelites and decides it was best to help them escape for her own protection. God raising people in time of service for a purpose. Some being called for a life time for the biggest event of their life and others to take back seat when their role is played out, but their role is not over yet, they must continue the walk of faith in action in life, but the spotlight of faith is taken off them. It be like doing one commercial and deciding show business is not it.

How does this relate to tongues and prophesy in the church, there things and events in churches that happen for a purpose to build people of faith up and to tear out the demons that do not belong there. There people that come in to protect the church world and the church for a purpose and education sometimes too. If you move to another church don't take the garabage of the first church with you. take the glory road of faith with you. Experience is important in the church world. There times when you see groups like some of the word faith groups that seem to only focus on spiritualism of a show and not the focus on God's word. They want to see people falling and standing up and being laid out again. Only time people fall back in scripture was under the power of and submission of God authority being greater. One might see people either bowing or standing in the presence of God in submission of desire to yield to God by their own power and desire to serve God, also in submission of repentance to God, to turn away from sin in believers setting.

The con world has learn to imitate these things, for the purpose of the big dollars. Speaking in tongues induced because people think if you speak in tongues is the evidence of the Spirit. Scripture does imply speaking in tongues is the evidence of the Spirit but those words for the devil can produce what is called Glossolalia unintelligent language. The world calls it the do da das. Church might even saying an exuberant language of expression that is utter with no meaning because of events that happened. That is emotion that is not tongues of understanding. Good example in culture would be in the stadium at a pep rally the constant reptition of words. There is a time and place for the la las and do da das. Yet not when there is language spoken that needs interpretation, and if there is no interpretation a person needs to shut up and sit down and stop disrupting the service. Do you know what fakery is, it does not belong in the church. People needing healing but are attention seeking.

Women needing attention of who the minister or their husband. Okay who best to help a woman but other ladies that are in ministry, but if none is available men have to do as huldha taught. However there is good ministers of both sexes that both sexes like to hear. The silence in the church was to allow the men to discuss and women to listen and not to argue but to have the men ask to keep confusion down. Women whose culture was based on the goddess Diana were to ask their husbands at home. Woman in Corinthian were often the leaders in their faith because of the culture of the worshipped of the goddess Diana.

One comes to certain areas and women are more subjected to their husband then other cultures. Women are not independent in some cultures as in others. Right now with seeing our first woman Vice President Kamalia Harris you get the impression womans rights will be a very hot topic and it is. Yet women are no longer the servant in the home they once were and are more equal with their men. The need for men's rights to be protected equally is needed. There are times today in modern world men need to shut up and listen to women. Yet the church is to represent the bride of Christ and submission to Christ. Well men you are part of the body of Christ you are not Jesus. Sit down and shut up. Women need to speak. We no longer without education. Yet there is a time when women need to be silent, and men need to be silent. If you and your spouse have a question neither can answer, please ask the congregation and the minister your questions. Congregation there will be both people with educated people with their Bible and some without education scripturally. Make sure you asking someone with Bible question someone that knows their Bible, social issue both sources are good to have understanding of.

Truth is the church is to be in one accord, when you are in disagreement examine and re examine scripture. Why because you maybe the one out of alignment from time to time. Ask for scripture if you can not find what you are looking for, do research on topics or application of maybe something that you not going to find point blank in scripture because of different times. Look examine and search and use application of not just the word of God but the Spirit of God. I seen many ministers to get stump on hard issues and on simple ones. This is the issue that need to be directed in the Christian faith are you aligned with your own faith. Most time many are not without realizing because we receive the word of God in our heart, but fail to put application to that word in our life. That why the church needs not only revival but a time of purging not with fire of man but the fire produced by the Holy Spirit in our hearts, soul and mind. Let us learn together and realize no one can retain it all and let us continue in faith. I once heard a person say oh she thinks she better then us. No you think that. I am still learning, what about you. Everyone is still learning. I hope to learn more in life then I can even remember, because life here on earth is interesting, but heaven is on the other shore and guess what that going to be alot of learning in heaven.

Dear Heavenly Father move in the churches in our world, teach the church the difference between wolves and sheep. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
