Luke 18:31-43 KJV
31 Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished.
32 For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on:
33 And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again.
34 And they understood none of these things: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken.
35 And it came to pass, that as he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the way side begging:
36 And hearing the multitude pass by, he asked what it meant.
37 And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passeth by.
38 And he cried, saying, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me.
39 And they which went before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace: but he cried so much the more, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me.
40 And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him,
41 Saying, What wilt thou that I shall do unto thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight.
42 And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee.
43 And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto God.

Are you blind? Are you has a believer blind to the truth of God's word that speaks to your heart through prophesy? If you never observed prophesy from the side of it coming to pass you will not understand this message beyond the fact I think you are blind to prophesy in regards of it existing today and in our world. Many things happening in our world today that we observe even in the news, some easily forecasted and others will say without God speaking to the heart the world will only see the prophesy coming to pass spoken still being blind to it, asking where they get their information. News world can fake prophesy, because of holding the news for a few months before reporting it. The technological age has changed the news' ability to beat the public at spreading the word to the world, but the problem is what is gossip, insight from someone and what is actual truth of situation is for the news to try to publish to the airways. Sometimes it hard to tell the difference. If God is speaking to our hearts about events to come to pass then we must either receive it has truth and that it will be according to his word or that mind games are being played some how. Jesus walked in not the technical world of devils today, but in the technical world of his day, his assessibility to stage his ministry with mileage and the journey extremely possible because the distance not so great. It was the things spoken in prophesy by Jesus that spoke to the heart of the disciples as it came to pass that Christ must suffer these things meaning the beating the cross and so forth to rise again, to prove God's word would not remain in the grave. However on the other side of the cross, the side the story on, they understood not and was blind to the word's of Christ, for God hide the meaning and understanding to them. Yet it passing proved his ministry was never staged, and the reality of what he brought to the world through love, remained with the resurrection.

As a believer we know when God is speaking by his Spirit it something spoken to us with not always understanding until much later. It does not mean God in his wisdom does not reveal and give understanding by his Spirit as well to the believer, but there are somthing are hidden because in truth we would not keep silent on it. The blind in Jericho, knew he was blind and he needs his sight but the crowd tells him to be silent and so he shouts even more when he learns it is Jesus. He cried out Son of David. I do not know if he had meet Jesus before, or he believe prophesy concerning a man he had heard about, for he called him Son of David in the since he knew he was the offspring of King David. He knew he was the king. The man not so blind by faith but by sight. Jesus had them bring the man to him and he tells him your faith has saved you. Meaning the crowd would of perhaps done evil to the man for crying out if Jesus had not healed him.

Are we blind? Is our blindness because of a lack of faith and lack of understanding. Is prophesy only received when understanding comes to light or before? Mary had to take on faith that she would conceive by the Holy Spirit. Zacharias was in unbelief of his wife ever having a baby, and his ability to speak was taken from him until the baby was named John(John the Baptist). Simeon held the baby Jesus knowing he was the Messiah and he was going to his eternity, and Anna did too. Yet the shepherd's had to search for the prophetic message of the angels, and wise men knowing a king was born had to follow the voice of creation of a shining star.

Abraham call to go to the promise land might sound much like the call to go westward by those in the east of our nation, and yet not all who made the journey was successful. To receive even Abraham story as truth you must examine other events in Abraham life to believe the first story. To receive Noah story as truth, it only takes observation of a flood. Yet the flood was to late by those that drowned. The Gospel is preached like the ark of Noah, and Christ coming will be like when the flood of Noah came with observation and death to those that believed not. Abraham seems to paved a way to the promise land by just simply saying we moving Sarah. Abraham, even took some family with him(his nephew's Lot and his family). Prophesy was made through one offspring Isaac who only have two sons. Most would think you need at least ten kids or twenty for observation of prophesy to unfold in the life of a tribe. The odds not good with one son, or even two sons. Jesse(David father) did not chose the right son to be anointed and he had eight son's and it would be his youngest. Our ways are not God's ways, despite our belief. What I saying Abraham even lied in his journey not having enough faith that God was able to protect him, but God took the lied and used it for Abraham's benefit.

We have a lot of stories of faith in scripture, but the prophesy surrounding it makes it hard to receive it as prophetic from God without observation in our day and time. Meaning how many look at Christ coming and people are seeking it through the air ways and not the sky. There was a church minister that prophesied that it come through radio and tv and not understanding Christ would return in his glorified body the same way he left. There some groups out there that are not Christians that speak of no resurrection and do not believe any prophesy of Christ return. Repentance would be the only thing they do agree on because it also Old Testament and not just New Testament. Other religious also believe in repentance.

Jesus prophetic words came without understanding made clear to the disciples later. Yet with faith Jesus was going to remove the blinders of his prophesy to the disciples. I do not think the disciples would of remain together without observation of the resurrection of our living Lord Jesus Christ. The message would not of died, and the legend of Jesus would not have died either. The anti Christ has risen around the world even believer have lost their lives around the world for the Gospel of Jesus. How can the anti Christ if their testimony is not of God, even rise. Scripture says it would rise up in last days. Jesus declare the anti Christ would rise up. That people would bow to the antichrist. This thought will blow your mind if you know you scripture. In Exodus as Israel left Egypt and they get across the red sea, they still did not want God has their Lord completely. Faith had to grow in their hearts to where they sought God on thie own, meantime Moses would be their intercessor, because they understood not God loved them and desire to protect and not kill. Yet there plenty of stories of even God's people dying because of sin. Israelites came to place they talked directly to God and also still had need of an intercessor for sin called the High Priest.

There are people today that believe not in the antichrist but observe it's coming and goings. Yet Jesus said keep our eyes on him. Why because the devil may chase us, but he never get across the red sea. The blood of Christ is richly covering our sin as believers In Christ, that when we became the children of God we began walking in the desert not always with faith and belief. Faith is something we grow into. Prophesy is something that comes to the heart of the believer through and by God's Spirit. Yes some prophesy is better to question when it comes to pass so one knows it was not the trickery of someone trying to make events happen. Prophesy must come by the will of God and even the prophesy of death, life and healing. The anti christ is on the rise through prophesy he thinks he can control. Beware examine what you see, look for it and know that the devil going to try to hide God's truth, because he wants power. God limits his power and his time to use that power is drawing to a close. Not yet. Be the believer needing blinders remove knowing Jesus will, if it time for you to see.

Dear Heavenly Father, let your word stand in truth and the devil be proven to be a liar, remove the blinders of prophesy and help us to keep our eyes on you. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

20 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
21 I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.
22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.
26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.
