Isaiah 7:10-14 KJV
10 Moreover the LORD spake again unto Ahaz, saying,
11 Ask thee a sign of the LORD thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above.
12 But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD.
13 And he said, Hear ye now, O house of David; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also?
14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

The best known prophesy given to King Ahaz though others were given by Isaiah who spoke for the Lord would be this passage in Isaiah 7 concerning the prophesy surrounding the Messiah. Messiah would be virgin born.

Why is this important it was given to ancestor of King David and it was about a birth of a future son of throne of David. It was a prophesy given though the King refused to ask for a sign. He said he was tempting God if he asked for one. Almost if the king was backtalking the authority of the prophet to bring God's word to King Ahaz. The word given with authority to grant a sign to him. Though he refused a sign, it was still given. Though it was a future sign King Azah would not be witness of the fulfillment.

I had a rough day yesterday, I am typing on my phone. I want to share a short message for Saturday. This message came to mine before Jonah and I was planning to use it for Sunday, but I be truthful either I type on Sunday or I wont. It is posted for Saturday on Friday night. There is small point when God is offering you better take it especially if it coming from his ministers. God has a reason for his prophesies and his word to come. Take the prophesy and sign because his word is true.

Dear Heavenly Father thank you for your word. Give us those signs as testimony to our hearts and time is yetto come. In Jesus precious name, Amen
