Matthew 8:5-10 KJV
5 And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,
6 And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.
8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.
9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

Centurion consider himself unworthy to have Jesus to come to his house to heal his servant, yet he understood the power Jesus had to send forth his word to heal his servant. We do not know the whole story of the Centurion man, but how many understand God Father and Son has power but think believe they themselves are to unworthy to have God Father and Son in their house. We are all guilty of sin, no one deserves to have Jesus or God in their heart, but God loved us so much He gave to anyone that would believe in him and receive Son into their life to be their Savior.

The work and power of God is all around us. Sometimes so much we understand not. I was reading Isaiah God power to shut the womb of a woman. I think of those woman including myself who have not had children. Then I think as sick and unhealthy as most of my life I have been, having a child would of been very careless of me. Responsibility to protect myself while I was sick came a priority in my life. Woman who have health issues must take it upon themselves to protect themselves from pregnancy when they have health issues if it consider best by doctor and that person. Yet even with not having children biologically I still long to adopt or have children by doing foster care. Yet in reality the finances are not there, and it takes a lot more then a house and a bigger vehicle. Some would say it only takes love to raise a child and that is true in part. Yet looking at pictures of what some call third world countries and seeing families not even able to feed a second baby/twin of the first and having to decide who dies is far worse with the amount of food that is in our world no parent should have to decide to let a baby die. People can grind up food and blended it , or chew it for infant long before it has teeth. We think if milk is absence people can't eat meat or drink stronger drinks and live. It is myth, general health maybe not as grand because of digestion but anything worth trying to save a life. When the milk became short in our own nation, I thought to myself there more then one way to feed a baby. Cereal is also used, and so forth. What is happening in our nation, that when milk luxury is not seen as proof of our spoil rottenness that we can not help women feed babies in other ways til the shortage is over. It was not a permanent situation, babies can still live. Pharaoh's in our government health is what causing the problem. The anyone without the means to pay high food prices, milk prices, find alternatives to their food issue is unworthy to live or have to eat to what? Anger I feel about this issue is a cry that our nation must get together look into every possible source for women and their children and teach it to other countries that are less fortunate. Encourage other nations to allow our food that is a surplus into feed these people. I hope what I speaking can spur someone who knows more then me into action. Just because I can see a problem doesn't mean I can fix it on my own. There are wise people in our nation who know how to spur others on far greater then me. That take up the cause because of love of children. It starts on pen and paper you know, but it does not end with a period of a sentence. Solutions have to be carried out. No life left behind that wants or fights for life if possible.

I seen on video the other day were people in I think it was Hong Kong sleeping in not a motel, but a capsule. Now I thought to myself this is nutty, but it was a bunch of capsules with a bed, and enough head room to sit up in and that was all. A light, a way to adjust heating and air and lock a door, one place had no locked door. Reminded me of railroad cars beds seen in movies but nicer. And two could fit in these capsul if necessary. I can't imagine sleeping in one, but Hong Kong and many asian countries are over crowded, but they found a way to sleep or bunk for the night. I thought to myself this would be to extreme for me, but it nice thought of solution of a crowded situation.

In heaven God has plans for everyone to believe in Christ and be saved. The over crowding issue not a problem for God he can create a bigger place for all of us there is room. There is no one unworthy to live for eternity but those that will not believe, will not receive his salvation through his son Jesus. It is that simple. Only ones left behind is those who believe not. This centurion was on his way to faith, but had not invited Jesus in, beyond letting his power to come inside his home to heal his servant. Faith begins with believing Jesus has the power to save, the power to heal, the power to still the storms. Yet it is more then faith, it is the power to ask for salvation in our life that we must submit to receive salvation. The centurion asked for healing for his servant, but not yet there to receive him into his house. A work of faith in progress, to be able to one day receive it for himself would be the golden ticket in his life. Do we know if he ever got that far in his faith, the answer is we do not know. How about ourselves, we can not worry about someone long gone, we can only ask of ourselves if Jesus came knocking would you let him in your house today? What about your heart? We all are unworthy to receive Christ as Lord and Savior, but God never asked if we were worthy to, he sent his gift of love to you and me. He gives us so much already in our life. The food we eat, the beauty of this earth, the love and compassion to care about your soul, that he care enough to redeem us. I like to say shelter but not everyone has shelter and not everyone has food, but they got the opportunity to have salvation for their soul if they receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. God gives man food and yet it man job to be responsible with what he gives man. It is your responsibility to receive Christ, to understand about salvation. It not my job to teach you, but your job to research scripture on your own. At 22 I had to decide if my salvation was as real to me then as it was at age six. No longer under parent authority and hadn't been for some time. However I had to know my faith was truly not based on what I was taught but was real to my heart not just based on even salvation/protection in my wreck. Faith had to be more to me then just something I woke up and said I believe, my experiences in life not enough to say I still where I was back then or even in my journey as a teen. I had to decide if my faith was worth fighting for, to keep believing to not put aside on a shelf and watch the rest of the world go by in a swirling force over the years. Faith in Christ is still has real to me as it was over 46 years ago. My testimony might not convince you to receive Christ, but I hope my testimony will get you to search things out concerning Jesus on your own at the very least. To know what you believe and why you believe it. To come to place you know you are unworthy to receive Jesus, but it is a free gift. Do we not all love free gifts. Faith is simple, to allow him in, maybe not be as simple or you might not be ready to allow Christ in, but ask yourself why go one day without the Messiah in your heart? I can not think of reason for you to wait, so if you ready just pray this prayer with me.

Dear Heavenly Father I receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, I believe you sent him to be my Savior and Lord and that he died for my sins and I receive his payment for my sins. I know you will seal my decision with your Spirit on my heart who will teach me to walk in your ways. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
