Hebrews 4:1-10 KJV
1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. 10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

What is God's rest. God sanctified/made it holy and came to a place he declared it finished. Life as we know it means we will one day be finished from our work? The key word is to enter into God's rest, not the finish of our work. To enter into a place were God has finished molding us, making us, into the perfect vessel for him. God's glorification was the final work of the cross of Jesus. Yet the story ended not there for Christ will return to finish the work God has called him too. God in his creation design a creation that continued creating, continued changing, only to allow us to see we change too. This rest end meaning the final stage of his plan was put into start mode, to create a beautiful place to live.

God placed man in the garden, there was another place where Adam was created. He offered paradise and fails with his own free will God created him with. Adam and Eve in the world where Adam created, but Adam does many things with the creation of the world that God designed for him, both right and wrong. If you take something someone made for you and recreate it for a different purpose or project it no longer their creation beyond the parts used for the creation you made. A child take legos and takes those building blocks and create his own design or does he only make the picture on the lego box to find a lego missing. Oh that missing lego went into the project he was creating, and had nothing to do with the picture on the box and it turns up to finish the picture on the box he needs the piece he took for his own design. Watch social media online and you learn, there are things you can make plastic containers into and other scrap even old tires. Some of it looks quite cute by design.

God created, did God leave anything out that man can recreate something new. Will none of us is more intelligent then God. And none of us know more then God, but what we knew not was the ways of God's enemy the devil, whom he created as well. God in wisdom new what man now knows about nuclear energy. It can be used for good or evil, but in reality it something that should of never been created because of it destructive ability. In safe format it not bad technology. It taking technology and using it for evil is the one thing the world needs less of.

To rest in God and all his work, is to lay our creative nature and see God creative work. To allow God's presence be in our life? Noah built ark and how many times after did he say Praise God! The world will never know. To enter into rest is to know the work God has done both in your life, and life of others around you. How your world as changed because you allowed him into your heart through his Son and Spirit.

People seem to walk all day or almost everyday across the stage of the White House for some kind of reward. There accomplishment recognized by our government, and yet does our governments recognize the work of God in our world? Do we recognize God's creation, plan for humanity and his work to be completed with the return of Christ? To enter into God's rest is to know He has plan for us, a design for us like he does all his creation.

The Roe vs Wade decision got over turned, but there alot undone. Man creation of solving an unwanted pregnancy finally being undone. Yet man still has to decide how to combat the problem with what he does with sexual desires that causes the unwanted pregnancy. Many woman say it up to them to decide what they want to do with their bodies, never asking what does God want. What is morality, where does it begin and can it be return to the time of Adam and Eve? Not by man only by God. Man going to look for remedy to solve the issue of unplan pregnancy so he can continue with his lustful desires and woman yielding to their own desires as well as their partner. That when homosexuality came into play. Homosexuality in full swing and the court decision of Roe vs Wade falls. All these things seem to rise in our nation together. Our nation only passaing homosexual marriage, which was not of God original design or later design. Yet God had turned man over to the sin.

Here the thing Christians to rest in the victory of Roe vs Wade, you need to be talking to God to solve the sin issues involving rape and incest victims that are pregnant and helping them learn about faith, hope, and victory through Christ. About his healing power during what is a crisis for these individuals and sometimes even their families. A new struggle of the church doors remaining open to helping people and not to ridicule the people. One day they can enter rest with the knowledge of Christ through God's word, but not by God's word, only by resting in God's presence by his Spirit alone. No words needed for rest, but only to be still and know who God is and his handiwork.

If man only continues to celebrate his work, whether design by God like the ark in the story of Noah, Or the building of any church building and fail to see the true work of God was not the ark, but the faith buildings of God that are his people, not buildings of destruction but the building of spiritual life built for eternity. In truth we enter his rest when we die, but we have eternal hope of eternal life, because the work and design of us is finished here on earth. God created and prepared a new place for you and me to live eternally with himself.

Dear Heavenly Father, you are the great I am. The creator of all things, and you enter into rest when you work was completed here already. Meaning we are the transformation of the work that you designed to continue until the day of destruction. To know there is an end date helps with knowing for the believer there is a new tomorrow and a new place. To give up what know for what lies a head is to trust you for eternity for what lies ahead. Thank you Lord, let us rest, that you no longer creating new things in our world spiritually. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
