Isaiah 14:12-27 KJV
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
17 That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?
18 All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.
19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
20 Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.
21 Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.
22 For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD.
23 I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts.
24 The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:
25 That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.
26 This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.
27 For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

Our status in life is to be a child of God not by force but by choice. The other day I asked are you a bride of Christ or a homosexual bride to the devil. Meaning first you are in right relationship with Christ and desiring to live for him and waiting for his return. Or are you a person living in direct opposition to God's original plan for man and living by your own road map and desires. Lucifer, a fallen angel, design and created in heaven with free will of man, yet he seems to lack two things the desire to live for God and desire to serve God. Lucifer desires to be God. You can not be like or even God if you focus only on your own desires. Devil is that being that exalts himself into position, to Lord over others, to enslave, to enforce unhealthy living practices. Lucifer had exalt himself over the angels to where he thought he was more beautiful and more brilliant then any other angel. He fell from heaven. Lucifer does not stop desiring his old home, so he continues to desire to become God and to be over all the other angels. Once fallen from heaven, one can not get back to heaven on your own. In fact mankind is in need of Savior with their own fall. However Lucifer is not people, Lucifer is a created being and spirit that desire to entrap and ensnare people.

Esau entrap and ensnared himself when he sold his birthright. Esau is Jacob's brother. Story found in Genesis. Two different being desire the same thing the route of wealth with untold riches, only to be cursed for money, desire of blessings not his no longer and treasuring not the blessing enough to hold on to it despite his own discomfort.

Would you be honor just to see the pearly gate of heaven. Would you not be glad to receive the rewards God has to offer as a child of God. Does your position matter in the world we live in or are you content to serve and honor God in a lower position. We all have jealous streak of position, yet is that position necessary to be content in life.

If Lucifer had kept the position God offered him, did the work God called him to he never found himself cast out of heaven for eternity. He would never found his bed in hell. He never known what a lake of fire was. Now he walks the earth to distract and torment any saint he is able too. However lucifer can not fly on the shirt tails of the saints of God heavenward. He can not get to heaven by your shirt tails and he can not take the children of God with him into eternity.

God has prepared a kingdom for his children. First of all can we think of ourselves as kingdom kids, only if we first recognize our salvation must come through Jesus. I do not doubt not one disciple want to reach the hem of Christ garment and ascend with him, but they could not. I do not doubt as they took flight with the Spirit ascending upon them in Jerusalem to preach the Gospel they understood what it was going to take to see the world change for Jesus.

Before that time God had given man dominion over the animals and plants of the earth. Yet we are bitten, scratch, claws, and even attack by animals we suppose to have dominion over. What my point, we look at our possibilities of God's command in our life and only see the scratches, the claw marks. Never seeing the potential of our own power. Christ then gives us his power not to be God but to serve others in love and compassion. To pray for the sick is power, to serve a hot meal is power. To care of the dying is power, to tend to brother and sisters is power, but that power is called love. It not power to destroy but power to aid the needs of others. To teach to baptize people into the power of God.

There was a time I waited on my husband hand and foot and then life changed and waited less on him and he waited on me. Then we reach a point where neither could wait all the time on the other. It became a mutual wrestling ring of who going to do what. Then it became a equal playing field of aiding. God gave his children first coats of fur as he had them leave his garden. He did not leave them or forsake them, but continue aiding them as needed. He found out other children would not obey him, and others would love him and serve him as they were called. Some to be mother's of kings and warriors, and others father's to live in example of what it was to be godly men and to treat woman with grace and respect. Woman created to be man helper in the road of life, sometimes that means taking the lead, and other times to serve. Devil only wants to lead, conquer and destroy.

God after providing a place for man to learn his position, created an eternal home to fill with that same love he taught them about while on earth. Jacob may of bought and stole Esau birthright, but he also had to make a decision about whether he wanted to honor his heavenly Father or not. Whether he wanted his portion of the promise land. Christ our mediator, interceded on our behalf so when like Esau not understanding the promise or his birthright could be forgiven. By being born of flesh we given a choice of spiritual birth because God loved us. For a time man strives in sin until he understands God's love for us. Until that time, he is roaming the earth searching for power that is only temporal and mortal, but not everlasting. Love is eternal power, and everlasting. God is love, but God is a being both spiritual and immortal who rules through eternity. Christ demonstrate his love for us while we were yet sinners he died for us.

Devil not going to die for you, he going to allow you to hang yourself, going to allow you to break your leg, not pick you up when you fall in a ditch. Devil wants to be lord of you by force not choice. When you fail to deliver he going to knock you down, because he wants you to have to look up to him. You beat him at his game, he wants to tear you apart. Yet you have a mediator at the throne of God his name is Jesus. God sees your heart. He sees the covering of his son. He tells that devil you have no power for he is my child, no matter what he done. Next time you feel temptation at your door, tell Lucifer to go away, you are a child of the king, and your position as his child is the best position you could ever have. Because to be child, means you care for and are loved. You look like a servant but your inheritance is paid for, through the blood of Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you and give you glory that your children have the power to love, to overcome, to serve and be served with love. To know to be joint heir with your Son does not make us Lord of all, but noneless a child of yours. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
18 For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,
19 And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:
20 (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:
21 And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)
22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29 For our God is a consuming fire.
