Do You want To See What Is Left 6/01/2022
Daily Devotions: by Christina FarrisRevelation 21:9-27 KJV
9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
The first time you see the gems that represent the tribes of Israel is in the book of Exodus. The gems were put on a breastplate with God's instruction to be a memorial of the tribe of Israel, that the Priesthood would wear when going into the holies of Holies. It was a reminder of going before the Lord for each of the tribes. Ornamental reminder of the tribes and the four walls around Jerusalem, with three tribes on each side of the wall out of the total number of twelve tribes. It demonstrated the duty of going before the Lord bearing the burden of the twelve tribes. The four stones represent the foundation cornerstones being the four Gospels, and others consider the cornerstone the laws of faith. Important to the people to have this memorial of the intercession of the Priesthood in their life before the altar of God.
Four Gospels are precious foundation stone of faith in Christ Jesus the word of God. The original message of faith. Laws of righteousness through faith, the laws of eternal life through obedience to God's word and the law of love, repentance and sacrifice. The building blocks established even before the children of Israel, but symbolized in their walk of faith in their dress, their shields, and breastplates, their bans they wore on their arms, their helmet of the priest and so forth. All carrying the laws of faith in God.
God's ceremony on the day of Christ return, the final destruction and the what remains after the seven vials are poured out by the angels, is the temple, the children of God, Christ and his people and the city of God that lit by his and the Lamb's(Jesus) presence. The glory of God shining forth on mankind. This month we be talking about glorify God and glorifying God when the last judgment is over. The celebration of God's coming forth from his kingdom in honor of God the Father and his Son. Let us begin with understanding that the end comes a wonderful celebration to honor God the Father and the Son of all that have faith and believe from begining to end of time as we know and understand it. Dear Heavenly Father, let us glorify your name, who gave us faith builders through your word, and solid foundation through your word, who is Jesus, the prophetic word. Thank you for the reminder of how special each of us are to you before your altar of faith. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

6 And they wrought onyx stones inclosed in ouches of gold, graven, as signets are graven, with the names of the children of Israel.
7 And he put them on the shoulders of the ephod, that they should be stones for a memorial to the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses.
8 And he made the breastplate of cunning work, like the work of the ephod; of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.
9 It was foursquare; they made the breastplate double: a span was the length thereof, and a span the breadth thereof, being doubled.
10 And they set in it four rows of stones: the first row was a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle: this was the first row.
11 And the second row, an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond.
12 And the third row, a ligure, an agate, and an amethyst.
13 And the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper: they were inclosed in ouches of gold in their inclosings.
14 And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, every one with his name, according to the twelve tribes.
