This month it is simple really a need for our country to repent of its wickedness and evil. Time of remembering our faith in God. A time to remember why Christ went to the cross for our sins. A time of reflection of the need for the continual working of the Holy Spirit in our nation and in the heart of the individual called the sanctification process. Once we receive forgivess for sin there is no more need for repentance, for our sins are washed away. There is no other sacrifice for sin but Christ Jesus. Yet for the believers heart it is a continual process of allowing God to forgive us when we make make mistakes. A continual process of change that must happen for even the backslidder. A continual process in the nation and our lives. May God's mercy shine this month and His grace be ever so sufficient as our nation continues to fall on their knees toward heaven.
