Lord Said To My Lord

Today Scripture passage comes from:

Mark 12:35-37 KJV
(35)  And Jesus answered and said, while he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the Son of David?
(36)  For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool.
(37)  David therefore himself calleth him Lord; and whence is he then his son? And the common people heard him gladly.

and also

Psalms 110:1 KJV, A Psalm of David. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

In this passage are two Lords, but there is only one Lord. How can there be two Lords? The two Lords in this passage have to different meanings. The first Lord in the Hebrew mean Jehovah or God of Israel, and the second Lord means Adonai meaning ruler or control, one with authority, thought to mean the Messiah. The Messiah was to be the authority over all. Savior of Hebrew people was the Word of God, though first belief and then obedience. Even the devil believes but does not obey God. We can not deny the fact that there is two parts of faith. The first and most important is belief. and the second obedience and act of repentance, for it is turning away from sin. The authority of Messiah coming in the flesh did not show superiority beyond the healing and the teaching in his work on earth. His authority was not demostrated until his resurrection from the grave. He failing under the servanthood of men by going to the cross, but then showing his authority through the resurrection despite what man thought they could do to destroy Him. Imagine for a moment if I squashed an ant and it came back to life only to cause me to fall down. Most would say that is impossible, and I would say I agree when it comes to ant coming back to destroy me. Yet God and His Son has the power not only rise again in the hearts of man but the power to come and destroy the enemy once and for all. His resurrection unbelief even in our day, because of the lies and rumors of the government of world that understood not who Jesus was. If they only understood they would have received the truth of who Jesus was with the resurrection and would not feared it but understood a loving God that would forgive them of their sin.

The Word God alone became a person, through the prophets of old. Though the men of old were not God they carried the message given by God to them. David closeness to God did not make him a God and so he seen another their beside Jehovah, a God that went forth through the land the correct his children. It was the priesthood of God, for Jesus is the Great High Priest to come in the order of Melchizedek through he was before Melchizedek. Melchizedek was the first world priest at the time of Abraham. It had to do with authority of a differnt type dealing with the heart of man. Two laws reigning in man the legal law and the law of God. Many of us are saviors to those the commit crimes against us. Instead of having someone locked jail they are forgiven, but everyone has their breaking point and when it reached the transgressor is jailed. God breaking point is reach His Son will come to take His children home and His wrath will be poured out on those that remain in unbelief and sin.

God is more then just the government or religious law. David recognize God's authority and God's authority over the religious law. With the return of the Messiah, He will straighten the religious errors of our day and the days that would follow His coming in the flesh and the days prior to His coming. For the Word of God has come forth from old and has been since the beginning with God. Man is renew from day to day through the Word of God, through prayer by the Spirit of Christ and through scripture. God's authority demonstrated by who He is and the power of His Word as His Son.
